Wonderful views from the expansive downstairs window, a welcoming fire in the fireplace, great deck and view from our room, helpful, friendly staff and good breakfast buffet.

In an outstanding location. One can just sit and stare at the view. The breakfast and dinners were very good. The property itself is very beautiful.

The location

Hotel bien situé et personnel attentionné. Au regard des autres hotels de même standing et même nombre d'étoiles que nous avons fréquentés lors de ce séjour nous avons trouvé les prix un peu excessifs coté restaurant et bar.

A small quibble, it would be nice to be given a free bottle of water every day when the room is cleaned rather than just on your first night. Small things make a difference. Also the restaurant cover charge of €4 per head is rather pricey and was imposed even though they didn’t provide gluten free bread as requested so one of us couldn’t even eat any of it. However the views are stunning and the pool is lovely.

Beautiful setting. Good sized lean comfortable rooms with good beds and nice bathrooms. Nice free breakfast with amazing views from the restaurant.

A Pousada é muito agradável, bem situada, o serviço é competente, os quartos são muito limpos, pessoalmente achei que estava a ser ferida por muito bons profissionais.

Such a beautiful view. Good check in. Very slow service at lunch and dinner, but we were there in the off season.
