好：房間位置不錯，設備舒服，人員友善。 失望的地方： 入房時下午3：40到時等了40分鐘 告知是蜜月之旅，結果還被安排在擁擠狹小的房間，窗戶沒有任何景色，反而面向一個鐵制設備，完全不像是5星的服務。我新婚妻本來很期待這間5星飯店，結果滿臉表情都是失望。 向前台要求換到有歌劇院景色房間後，被換到一個面向另外一個建築的房間，還是沒有甚麼景色，不過至少比較寬敞。 退房時發現有另外一個經理email通知我們可以換到更好的房間，但那時已經太晚了。 若能在第一晚就提供，會讓人感覺是貼心的五星服務。 當初選擇這個相對昂貴飯店就是因為景色和服務，結果兩個都沒有。

チェックインが14時からの予定で、14時に到着したが、前の方がレイトチェックアウトのため、17時以降に部屋に入れると言われ結局部屋に入れるのは18時となった。通常、あとのお客様がいる場合レストチェックアウトは受けないはずだが、なぜこのようになったのか疑問。

Grand property, beautiful restaurant. Everything perfect except the bathroom. The bathroom is too small for two persons, it is in strong contrast with the rest of the facility. Staff is very helpful and competent.

Great and elegant spot in a major thoroughfare for enjoyment about all things Vienna. Was a lovely stay there.

My experience was less than expected

Great classic hotel. The location is the best in the city. It is located in the entrance to everything. The service is excellent.

Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till det första av stadens attraktioner och restauranter. Härlig atmosfär på hotellet. Hotellbaren är liten och intim och kan behöva reserveras bord för att garanterat få en plats vilket var lite tråkigt. Väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.

Excellent hotel. Service was outstanding. Friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Concierge was super helpful. Even helped me with a river tour reservation when it didn't seem to work ony phone. Room was super comfortable. Location is perfect. Walking or easy access U-bahn to nearly everywhere

아주 훌륭한 위치에 자리잡은 브리스톨, 오페라극장을 바로 옆에서 볼수 있어 좋았습니다. 침대와 가구 모두 훌륭했고, 번화가이지만 소음이 없어서 더욱 편했습니다. 욕조의 물이 잘 안빠지는 번거로움이 있었지만, 제가 이걸 불편을 표현하지 않아서 몰랐을거라 생각합니다. 혹시 다른분들은 웰컴 드링크를 주는데 저희만 안준건 아닌지... 하는 생각을 잠시 했습니다. 다시 간다면 강력하게 추천합니다.
