Small room. Large bathroom. Shower drain backed uo. Shower curtain collapsed. VERY NOISY COURTYARD WHERE LINEN CASES WERE THROWN AROUND AT NIGHT BY STAFF. Front desk staff rather rude. Great location though!

Le personnel est très sympathique et l'hôtel très bien situé. Néanmoins, la salle de bains était petite.

The room was very small and the bed almost filled it. The dark walls meant that the limited lighting resulted in dark areas like the wardrobe being difficult to use. We were given 2 key cards but one never worked. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were expensive to we went elsewhere. The big positive was the location. A short walk from the Metro and a short walk to Nyhavn with a large choice of places to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay but some things could be improved

The location was very convenient. The hotel is old so there’s only 1 person allowed in the elevator at a time. They stop the elevator at certain times of the night so we had to carry our luggage down 3 floors to leave for the airport at 6am. The only fan they provided us was broken so we had to slept with the windows open for a cool breeze. The staff were very friendly though and it looks decent. I’m not that picky with hotels but if you are then I wouldn’t recommend. It worked out for the 3 nights my husband and I stayed in Copenhagen.

Väldigt basic hotell med bara det allra mest nödvändiga. Otroligt dåligt ventilation på rummen så om du duschar blir hela rummet giltigt. Hissen tar bara en person i taget. Trevlig frukost tallrik men till överpris.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT PRIVACY IN YOUR ROOM On my Last day some staff member opened the door of my room and burst In (the door I had locked the night before and was still locked when I went to the bathroom 25minutes before this happened).. Asked If I needed anything and when I said "" no? Why did you Come to my room?"" They just said "" oops"" and left.. When I told about this to the person working In the reseption they said that they were sorry and that it has never happend before.. Then offered me free breakfast but breakfast time had ended and it was my Last day there so that wouldve been useless and then She just said that no can do and signaled me to leave.. When I checked In on the first day there was a Man at the desk complaining about the same thing happening to him and the manager said that it has happened never before.. Which I highly doubt.. On both evenings there was also loud bassy music heard thru the walls.. So DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT PRIVACY IN YOUR ROOM

Good breakfast, but pricey in the hotel restaurant. The elevator is not reliable - failed to work every other day.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! The lobby is so nice and cute, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are small and only have a bed, some storage, and a bathroom (no fridge, tv etc). So if you're traveling and do not plan on being in your room that much, this is a perfect spot for you.

Great service! My flight was delayed not getting in until very late, they immediately reached out with instructions on how to check in. Very helpful and accommodating. Traveling solo, i felt safe and welcomed. Will definitely return.
