Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unserer Familie im Apartment sehr genossen auf unserem Weg in die Toskana. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.

Very friendly atmosphere! We especially appreciated the welcome bar with champagne, all day access to water, coffee, the and yummy snacks, the lovely breakfast, and friendly staff. Of course the location of the hotel was excellent as well!

Hotel wasn't the biggest but everything was excellent even my expectations. Breakfast- better than excellent. Car parking secured in garage 2 min walk. Very convenient location. I can only to recommend.

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement équipé d'une cuisine (pratique quand on voyage avec des bébés), lit très confortable et appartement très spacieux. Le coin cuisine un peu vieillot, mais suffisant pour un séjour de 4 jours. Petit déj très copieux et varié, un large choix de produits de qualité. Le personnel est très serviable, accuillant, adorable avec notre bébé tout au long du séjour. Un bar est à disposition avec un petit coin "pause" très agréable. Très bon séjour à Verbania.

Wenn es ein dreisteren Hotel und der Preis die hälfte wäre dann gerne volle Punktzahl. Wir hatten das Superriorzimmer mit Seeblick für eine nacht. 250€. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Die Preis Leistung ist nicht gegeben. Achtung: kein Parkplatz bei Hotel möglich. Liebes Hotel Team wo sind die 4 Sterne, wier haben sie nicht gefunden :-(

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen war alles supi 😍 Mitten im zentrum war sehr praktisch. Wir kommen wieder 👏

Staff was unwelcoming and not very invested in their role of hospitality. Their lack of effort for advice and help was extremely anemic. For this reason alone I would not go back.
