Hotel was very clean. Beds comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Would stay there again. Amazing views.

Lokasjonen,utsikt og avstand til strand er det du betaler for. Resten av hotellets fasiliteter og komfort stammer 20 år tilbake. Hotellet har mye høyere konkurranse idag da nabo hotell har mye bedre standard og er oppusset/nytt. Vi hadde valgt å ta 7 netter en annet hotell neste gang. Vi hadde rom i øverste etasje med sjøutsikt og badekar. + Utsikt 10/10 + Minibar gratis - litt liten plass, vanskelig å finne en plass for å ha 2 åpne kofferter. - Utslitt - små maur fant fram til klær og seng til tider. (Ja vi klaget) Prøvde også hotellets massasje for par. + Flinke folk. ÷ Spa område ok men krever badehette. -Dårlig kommunikasjon mellom spa/resepsjonen for booking og betaling. - Massaje avsluttet 10-15 før tiden. Bassengområde + Ok standard - dårlig informasjon med tanke på handklær og glass for poolbar - ikke altid mulig å få solsenger på grunn høy etterspørsel. - ingen småretter eller gode poolside snacks (bare eit pappfat med salt chips selv om hotellet er eit voksen hotell.) - ikke lov med medbringt snacks Resturant Vi hadde bare frokost, og det er jeg gla for. Spiste frokost 5 av 7 dager. +Standard utvalg, men lokale har mye støy, så andbefaler å sitte ute. - smakløst (men det var mye av maten i spania, så kan være oss som var noe uheldig.) - konsistens og smak endret seg på eggerøre og diverse for hvær dag. Desverre ingen bilder fra insiden av hotellet. Men det er som på bilde bare slitt og gammelt.

The shower has a glass enclosure that is less that the half of the shower length. They have a high pressure shower that disperses water all over the place making the floor wet up to the room. At night, the noises are strong making your sleep very difficult.

We thought it in a good location. Nice hotel and would stay there again.

La habitación me la dieron sucia

Very comfortable for a short winter break. Jacuzzi Sea view rooms excellent. Plenty of variety in the buffet dining room and evening entertainment was entertaining! Perfect location for the old town.

My first day there and my passports were stolen from my bedroom I’m elderly and had to take a 4 hour ride there and back to Madrid in order to go to the embassy to get new ones my wife’s jewelry was also stolen. I would never go back.

En esta última visita la comida, desayuno comida y cena, no estaban a la altura de visitas anteriores, tampoco la clientela era la habitual, muchos extranjeros la mayoría ingleses cuando antes eran nacionales. Menos personal pero se las apañavan para dar servicio

Previously stayed at sister hotels and enjoyed so thought I’d give it a go. Can’t go wrong with all inclusive great booze and food. Hotel was clean, room and had sea view, bit rough in places but for price not gonna moan The cons Absolutely nowhere to sit indoors apart from 2 sofas in reception and couple of tables on 1st floor. My mam really struggled as she has mobility issues so struggled with the modern low chairs/bed or bar stools on roof and round pool area For money paid I’m happy, wouldn’t pay top price out of season

From my opinion this hotel is overrated. It is a 4 star hotel but looks like a 3 star hotel. I was kind of disappointed, the pictures are misleading. Location is very good though and you have plenty to do around.

The only good thing about this property is the location. Everything else is unfortunately awful. The condition of the property, the service , the quality of food is unacepteable..for this price. Dont recommend at all.

Rooms cleaned and stocked daily Great location on flat esplanade so… good for people with disabilities. Food choices were not the best on this visit, I would have thought we may get turkey on Christmas Day. We were on first sitting Christmas night and the second sitting were provided with table gifts etc we did not get any Minimal entertainment where their was nightly entertainment on our past visits. Maybe it was just the time of year/ covid but it has certainly changed! Lack of seating in lobby area which was also cold. Staff friendly.
