First room was kind if smelly and there was no hot water. We asked management to change the room and they accommodated us. They moved us to a better toom. Hotel needs upgrade.. satellite/TV connection was bad for a day, it got better later on. Staff was helpful. Prices are so high in general especially at the restaurants so there is line even in-front of pizzerias. It was windy and water was cold for this time around. Pick a better time, not february.

The rooms at the coral need a little update.

Room was very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entire property is well maintained and beautiful. Food is pricey but good.

The room was not clean, the bed felt like stones. The worst part of the trip was we arrived a day late do to losing our connection flight. We arrived at noon and I commented to my husband eventhough we paid yesterday and were not there, at least we can get in our room right away. Not the case

Room was nice and clean. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us which was super convenient. Staff were super friendly and quick to accommodate any needs. The view was beautiful. Spacious rooms to accommodate a cot which was super comfortable.

We go yearly and love it. The pool area next to it is awesome and it's close to the casino.

It was absolutely excellent

Upgraded to the Royal which I highly recommend. Great stay. Rooms were spacious and hotel is clean. Staff are courteous and responsive. Everyone was very friendly. The water park is a huge bonus and worth the extra cost over other hotels. There were so many great restaurants here we didn’t have time to eat at them all but I do suggest Nobu, Fish and Ambers.

The building is ageing a bit, but the staff were absolutely fantastic.

Rooms are very big. No pressure in the shower as well as a showerhead needed, especially when it’s a kid friendly tower. The terrace views on 4th floor were horrible and view of the garbage cans Good location

Clean wonderful resort. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Good and Drink Prices exceptionally expensive.
