很棒的區域，有很美麗的建築外觀與河景，但畢竟是老房子，暖氣設施應該更加強，這次的住宿差點把我冷死，不過最令我感到不舒服的是，房間地板有點傾斜，可能跟房子老舊有關吧！

A fantastic hotel in a great location for visiting Inverness, riverside and scenic, lovely breakfast and friendly staff, super clean and a great feel.

Das Badezimmer in meinem Zimmer war alt. Die Dusche war ok, aber überall gab es Rost, Schmutz und Flecken. Leider auch im Zimmer an der Wand und am Überwurf. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich. Dasjenige an der Reception nicht so. Das gekochte Frühstück fand ich nicht speziell. Und beim anderen kann man nicht so viel falsch machen. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

Awesome breakfast menu. Highly recommend the Full Scottish. The fruit salad and cold breakfast buffet was lovely but if you arrive after 09:00h the pastries may all be gone!

Nice hotel. Our room was located in secondary building so we had no interaction with staff after checking in. However it was easy to park and access the building. Room was cold upon arrival and we had a hard time warming it up. Lack of 24-hr staff, made early a.m. check-out difficult.

Perfect location and significant parking for those that have a car. Food was great as well.

The room and hotel state were first class. The only issue we had was the temperature of the room. As the windows appear to be single lair glass and the very cold gale of wind was heading into the window it was hard to heat the room. This was our only problem

Great hotel in a great location. We walked to the bus station for our tour of lochness and its an easy walk to lots of dining options and a grocery store. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent so do eat there at least once during your stay.

Very disappointed as we requested a room with limited steps. Their rooms on the main floor were not available due to a heat issue. We were given an apartment room that had three steps up plus another 7 steps. Our original booking included breakfast but the apartment did not.
