This hotel didn't look like what I had seen on the picture! The room is small, the bed is not comfortable at all, the sheet had a bad smell, and the water for showering became very cold frequently. The dinner we had on the first floor in the hotel was really terrible! The beef has bad smell and is hard to bite. However, the room is clean, which is the only thing that comfort me after a exhausting day.

The room was great, but the smell was not really great, which was an old building smell. Breakfast was great. All amenities were closed when I went in there. Not worth the money I paid.

Infelizmente, esse hotel não representa o padrão Meliá que eu já conhecia. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal e encontrei duas camas de solteiro encostadas, cada uma com seu edredom, me impossibilitando de dormir junto ao meu companheiro. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar: poucas opções, nada sendo preparado na hora, sem nenhuma sanduicheira. O pior foi o presunto estragado, com gosto e cheiro azedo. O estacionamento gerou insegurança: deixei o carro lá e, ao voltar, havia uma placa dizendo que a vaga não era do hotel. Por fim, pedi reembolso de uma diária (já que preferi antecipar o check-out diante desta experiência), mas não recebi nem 10% do valor. Uma pena, pois esperava o padrão que a marca costuma oferecer, mas essa unidade deixou muito a desejar.

Higher end liquor at rooftop bar and longer hours until 10pm. They closed at 8pm and they only had Jose Cuervo which is a low end tequila. Elevators were super slow and other times all 3 of them would be out of service.

I had to change the room because the AC was making noise, elevator was stopping so many times, I had to call the room service twice to fix the drain line in the shower

Short walks to most amenities

Sehr guter Zimmerservice und im Restaurant, Rooftop-Bar sehr gut, tolle Aussicht von dort. Kleiner, aber sehr sauberer Pool. Hotel bekäme 5 Sterne-Bewertung, wenn die Umgebung ansprechender (belebter) wäre. Bis zur Metrostation Selva de Mar ca. 500 m zu Fuß ungefähr 8 Stationen bis ons Centrum. Zum Meer nicht weit, kann man auch zu Fuß gehen. Ca. halbe Stunde... Ich würde fas Hotel wieder buchen!

Struttura ottima con servizi top ma ubicata in una zona depressa e con la metro non vicinissima, consiglio un servizio di navetta per la stazione metro

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer sind sauber, Bad könnte sauberer sein, keine Toilettenbürste. Das Hotel könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen.
