Parenthèse incroyable et ressourçante sur le lac Ouimet! Chambre avec vue époustouflante sur le lac, dîner très agréable, toutes les infrastructures sont agréables. Petit point noir lors de notre visite: pas d accès au balcon suite à un problème (nous avions été prévenu) dommage quand c est une vue telle que celle la. On aurait apprécié un geste comme un verre offert ou autre…sinon tout était parfait.

wo families booked two suites to explore the Mont-Tremblant area, but we ended up barely leaving the hotel because it had everything we needed. The beach is fantastic, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the property is spotless. The only area for improvement is maintenance. The building is showing its age and would benefit from some renovations and updates. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Great restaurant on the property. The wait staff was awesome but definitely understaffed. The balcony was under construction, so we couldn’t use it and it blocked the view. That was extremely disappointing as it was the main reason I booked. Hot tub was broken one day. Bed was too soft. The location, the lake, the restaurant were all huge pluses but overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Très bel emplacement, personnel serviable, mais plutôt vieillot et les installations ont besoin d'un entretien majeur. L'air climatisé est assuré par des unités murales au niveau du sol, ce qui rend le sommeil dans le lit d'appoint très inconfortable.

Amazing place, we go there each march break since 8 years.

Lakeview is beautiful. Hotel requires better maintenance and updating. Ceiling fan was hanging from the ceiling in bathroom, chairs had well worn fabric, light bulbs, not working in some fixtures, etc.

Beautiful lodge with beautiful private beach! The view from our suite on the lake was fantastic! I would highly recommend and will be back!

The hotel didn't saybon its website that the restaurant was closed for an event on Monday - the day we arrived. We booked there expecting to have dinner at the resort as we were on a motorcycle trip and didn't want to take the bike into town for dinner. And when we git back a t 9:30pm - the bar was reserved for staff only! They had a hard day with the high school graduation event! Sorry paying customers! We cancelled the 2 nd night.

Nous avons payer pour une chambre avec balcon et vue sur l’eau , le balcon était condamné, non accessible! De plus le service de chambre est venu remplacer les serviettes, ils ont partie le lave vaisselle avec 2 verres mais ils ont laissé les tasses à café sur la table, lit pas fait et aucun ajout de café pour le lendemain j’ai du aller en chercher à la réception le soir même ! 70$ pour 2 déjeuners avec du café qui goûtais pas très frais! Je ne retournerai pas à cette hôtel

Beautiful hotel on a lovely lake. We had a lake facing room with a balcony, could hear loons calling, wonderful! Did not realize waterfront closes at 5 so plan accordingly. Kayaks were in high demand with waits so we rented paddle boards and had a great paddle around the lake. Used the sauna and whirlpool - awesome powerful jets! All in all a great stay.
