房間乾淨員工友善地點也不錯

I rarely write hotel reviews, but I deeply, deeply, deeply regret choosing this one. Before booking, I checked Google Maps and saw that it’s a 17-minute walk to the city centre. I thought, “If walking takes 17 minutes, public transport must be even faster.” To my surprise, taking public transport actually takes 40 minutes — much longer than walking — and you have to transfer twice to get to the centre. The location is remote and not easy to find, especially at night. Even though the hotel had available rooms when I arrived, they wouldn’t let me check in early unless I paid an extra €25. Who would want to pay extra just for 2 or 3 more hours in a hotel that barely qualifies as four stars? It’s really more like a three-star hotel. The hotel is old, and the bathroom is even older — the outdated design means water leaks all over the floor when you take a shower. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

我一年前有來住過這個飯店感覺很不錯，很乾淨也很大，所以這一次推薦了三間房間的朋友來住，想不到他們的乾淨程度退步很多， 房間也給我們跟去年比更貴但是卻是更差更低樓層，而且很吵的房間，跟去年的落差實在太大有非常大的落差，很失望

The Hotel provides excellent service. The hotel room is clean and the facility is new. The hotel is located at around 15-minute distance to the city centre. Das Hotel, der mit sauberen Zimmern und neue Einrichtungen gibt, ist ausgezeichnet. Es dauert 15-minuten zu Fuß gehen zwischen das Hotel und die Stadtmitte. 這家酒店服務非常好。無論房間和設施都相當新淨。由旅館走到舊城區的市中心, 大約需要15分鐘的步程。

酒店比較偏僻，附近沒有境觀，酒店房間清潔的。但布拉提斯拉真心沒有太多境點。

Excellent staff, room was very clean and great value for money. Breakfast was good and great coffee. Staff amazingly helpful

Disappointed in the hotel overall. Check in staff Jana was very helpful. Room was not very well maintained nor clean (dark hair on sheet). They have a ‘green policy’ to leave a card hanging on your door nob if you need fresh towels etc. We did this but it was ignored. We had to speak to reception at 5pm and were happy with the response after that exchange. Gym facilities inadequate so didn’t use.

Lovely, roomy suite with great facilities and at a very good price. Bratislava is a lovely city and this property is a short walk (uphill) from the old town. Highly recommended

Magnifique studio, très spacieux, très propre et lumineux. Il y a une cuisine avec tout l'équipement pour cuisiner, le top! Très bon accueil chaleureux, merci!

Hotellet ligger indenfor gå afstand af de fleste seværdigheder. Hotellet er meget fint til et par overnatninger, blot man ikke forventer stor service fra hotellet.

Nettes Hotel, etwas weg vom Trubel der Innenstadt, aber dennoch nur 15 Min Fußweg in die Altstadt. Für uns (Paar und 1,5 Jahre altes Kind) war passte die Location sehr gut. Auch einen großen Kinderspielplatz gibt es in der Nähe. Hotel, Frühstück und Personal - war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig aber nur 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt. Außerdem gibt es gute Busverbindungen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkmöglichkeiten sind im Hof vorhanden. Die Komfortzimmer mit Küchenzeile sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist modern, zweckmäßig und das Zimmer auch freundlich dekoriert. Es gibt sehr viele Schränke und Staumöglichkeiten. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Silikonfugen und Fliesen im Bad könnten allerdings eine Auffrischung vertragen genauso wie die eine oder andere Schranktür. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Der Frühstücksraum selbst ist klein und es kann schon mal zu kurzen Wartezeiten während Stoßzeiten kommen. Insgesamt sind das aber alles Kleinigkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich hervorragend.

Good location, price, space, cleanliness. Amenities such as the SPA and gym service. Room service was great. The staff was very accommodating and let us know about the city tax we had to pay. Expedia also mentioned that when you pay for the hotel that the city or hotel local tax is due at check in. Overall a great experience and the hotel.is withing walking distance from a lot of Cafes, restaurants, shops, castles, public transportation. We had a great time and the room does have AC and plenty of big wi down you can open at night making those cool nights even better it is located in a very quiet street.

Had an issue with one of our rooms because the air conditioning was broken. They were very kind and they upgraded me to a two-bedroom apartment that I was able to share with my traveling companion. Although they stay they are a green property- which is great... But when they actually clean the room it was pitiful. Cleaning crew needs to be supervised. Thanks

The room was huge. The staff was very good, the breakfast very good and the laundry very efficient.

Clean and and very spacious apartment. Friendly and welcoming staff. Hearty breakfast buffet. We were on a long trip and even though we only stayed for one night, finding out that they have not one, but several washers and dryers available in their laundry facility was incredibly helpful to get fresh clean clothes (we separate white from dark colors) to continue our trip much faster than just doing one load at a time. They did not charge for using their facility, we only had to provide or pay for our laundry soap. This hotel is in a quiet residential area. We Enjoyed walking 10-15 minutes to Old Town. Since it is uphill, we would easily get an Uber back to the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay!
