房間乾淨員工友善地點也不錯

I rarely write hotel reviews, but I deeply, deeply, deeply regret choosing this one. Before booking, I checked Google Maps and saw that it’s a 17-minute walk to the city centre. I thought, “If walking takes 17 minutes, public transport must be even faster.” To my surprise, taking public transport actually takes 40 minutes — much longer than walking — and you have to transfer twice to get to the centre. The location is remote and not easy to find, especially at night. Even though the hotel had available rooms when I arrived, they wouldn’t let me check in early unless I paid an extra €25. Who would want to pay extra just for 2 or 3 more hours in a hotel that barely qualifies as four stars? It’s really more like a three-star hotel. The hotel is old, and the bathroom is even older — the outdated design means water leaks all over the floor when you take a shower. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

我一年前有來住過這個飯店感覺很不錯，很乾淨也很大，所以這一次推薦了三間房間的朋友來住，想不到他們的乾淨程度退步很多， 房間也給我們跟去年比更貴但是卻是更差更低樓層，而且很吵的房間，跟去年的落差實在太大有非常大的落差，很失望

The Hotel provides excellent service. The hotel room is clean and the facility is new. The hotel is located at around 15-minute distance to the city centre. Das Hotel, der mit sauberen Zimmern und neue Einrichtungen gibt, ist ausgezeichnet. Es dauert 15-minuten zu Fuß gehen zwischen das Hotel und die Stadtmitte. 這家酒店服務非常好。無論房間和設施都相當新淨。由旅館走到舊城區的市中心, 大約需要15分鐘的步程。

酒店比較偏僻，附近沒有境觀，酒店房間清潔的。但布拉提斯拉真心沒有太多境點。

Fantastic hotel a short walk to the old town. Located in a quiet residential area with fantastic views of the city. The room was large, spacious and clean. Would highly recommend

Zimmer war super groß mit kleiner kochecke, Sofa, tv und separates WC 10/10 In die Altstadt fußläufig knapp 15 min 9/10 Parkplätze direkt am Hotel 10/10 Frühstück war i.O. 7/10

A great hotel, hidden gem! It was excellent value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and well presented. I would happily stay here again.

Nice and relaxing

Tolle geräumige, teils neu renovierte Zimmer. Bequeme Betten, alle haben ricjtig gut geschlafen. Blick auf die Burg. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Stühle in den Apartments gehörten erneuert.

Litet fint hotell med bra läge. endast 10 min promenad till Gamla stan. Vi hade ett stort fint nyrenoverat rum med sköna sängar. Väldigt tyst och lugnt område. Personalen är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.Kommer gärna tillbaka igen!

The room was very spacious and had a lot of storage space for us to unpack. The staff was really friendly also.

Excelente hotel a tan solo 12 min caminado del centro histórico . Excelente !!!! Les recomiendo comer en un restaurante muy cerca del hotel !! Modrá Hviezda / Blue Star excelente comida tradicional y sin duda la atención es buenisima .

Tranquillo e silenzioso

The check in reception girl had a combative attitude as if she had a problem with us checking into this hotel. Not welcoming. Breakfast was limited continental buffet like a holiday in express. But for the price it was below average for the region.
