房間乾淨員工友善地點也不錯

I rarely write hotel reviews, but I deeply, deeply, deeply regret choosing this one. Before booking, I checked Google Maps and saw that it’s a 17-minute walk to the city centre. I thought, “If walking takes 17 minutes, public transport must be even faster.” To my surprise, taking public transport actually takes 40 minutes — much longer than walking — and you have to transfer twice to get to the centre. The location is remote and not easy to find, especially at night. Even though the hotel had available rooms when I arrived, they wouldn’t let me check in early unless I paid an extra €25. Who would want to pay extra just for 2 or 3 more hours in a hotel that barely qualifies as four stars? It’s really more like a three-star hotel. The hotel is old, and the bathroom is even older — the outdated design means water leaks all over the floor when you take a shower. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

我一年前有來住過這個飯店感覺很不錯，很乾淨也很大，所以這一次推薦了三間房間的朋友來住，想不到他們的乾淨程度退步很多， 房間也給我們跟去年比更貴但是卻是更差更低樓層，而且很吵的房間，跟去年的落差實在太大有非常大的落差，很失望

The Hotel provides excellent service. The hotel room is clean and the facility is new. The hotel is located at around 15-minute distance to the city centre. Das Hotel, der mit sauberen Zimmern und neue Einrichtungen gibt, ist ausgezeichnet. Es dauert 15-minuten zu Fuß gehen zwischen das Hotel und die Stadtmitte. 這家酒店服務非常好。無論房間和設施都相當新淨。由旅館走到舊城區的市中心, 大約需要15分鐘的步程。

酒店比較偏僻，附近沒有境觀，酒店房間清潔的。但布拉提斯拉真心沒有太多境點。

Zimmer top! Service Rezeption naja

Laundryroom was a bit difficult; drying machine was broken and the other one had only instructions in czech language...

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man kann auch zu Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Besonders beim Frühstück wurde viel wert darauf gelegt, dass alles sofort nachgefüllt wird, sobald etwas ausging. Das ist nicht immer selbstverständlich.

Very big rooms, clean and spacious location about 10-15mins walk from everything

The space felt luxurious! For an amazing price we got an extended room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming ensuring our luggage would be safe before check in. Great view of the castle from the property!

Personal muy atento. Limpieza impecable la habitación espaciosa. El hotel bien ubicado cerca del Castillo De Bratislava y de otras atracciones. Muy recomendable este hotel y no soy de estar haciendo reseñas pero lo merece.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with good basic facilities. Breakfast was good and many different options to choose from and continually restocked. The staff at reception and breakfast room were very helpful with any of our questions overall very ggod and would return.

Good hotel within 20 minutes walk of the old town and the river Danube. The room was spacious and well equipped with air conditioning that coped with very hot weather of 38C. The breakfast was good quality and had plenty of choice. Parking was a bit expensive at 25 euros but I guess that is a city rate. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Bratislava.

What a gem! Our room was spacious, the largest room we’ve had over the last three weeks in Eastern/Central Europe. Our room had a brilliant view of the castle, which was lit up at night. Bratislava is a fun town with a lot of great food and beautiful architecture. We wish we had spent more time than one day there. The staff was superb—very friendly and helpful.

Sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Personal freundlich. Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten, dafür aber sehr ruhig gelegen.

Lovely spacious, bright and comfortable apartment. All areas were clean and well maintained. Didn't use sauna or gym as unexpectedly there was an extra charge for this. Check in and check out were online in advance which was seamless and the reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. Although this was a VIP booking there was no VIP enhanced perk offered by the hotel. This is something that Expedia could manage better with its customers.
