Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc.

Lovely room with balcony looking towards Etna, good temperate and quiet.

Rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was diverse with a wide choice of foods and plenty of tables. THe front desk was very helpful in arranging my airport transfer and getting my account straightened out. Beautiful hotel with beautiful seervice and excellent staff.

Breakfast was great

Catania is a gritty city but the Palace Catania is a beautiful Oasis in a Sicilian rock and room urban environment. I strongly recommend this hotel for those who love comfort, convenience, wonderful staff, in a delicious urban setting.

Beautiful property and attentive staff! Enjoyed our gourmet appertivo and dessert on the 7th floor. We appreciate the room upgrade! Better lighting in bathroom would be appreciated but I will recommend this hotel for location and excellent service! I slept well which is the most important! Grazie to all!

We loved everything about this hotel. The desk set us up with a driver Francesco, who was amazing!!! The room was spacious, very clean and the staff was friendly. The roof top restaurant was a big plus
