Check in was easy. Aaron at reception went above and beyond in helping us easily to use the bus to get to the walled city. Parking was free and easy. The hotel is beautiful and our bed was very comfortable

Room was a good size, clean and quiet. Parking was limited outside the hotel but there was parking on the streets nearby. Staff were pleasant and efficient

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was underground and spaces were excellent. Choice and quality of the food was top class.

El desayuno estaba delicioso y había opciones para todos los gustos. Había estacionamiento de paga y también lugares afuera muy accesibles.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel, sauber, perfekt geführt und unterhalten. Cacares ist eine sehenswerte Stadt, vor allem die Altstadt. Es wäre noch schöner, wenn in der Altstadt mehr Menschen wohnen würden und wenn es mehr Läden im mittelalterlichen Stil hätte, d.h. wenn die Altstadt mehr leben würde und nicht nur den musealen Charakter hätte. Erhalten und gepflegt ist die Altstadt vorbildlich. Der Besuch lohnt sich wirklich.

La habitación es amplia, cómoda, siempre limpia. Cama muy cómoda también. El personal siempre es super amable. es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y sabemos que las próximas veces que viajemos a Cáceres vamos a parar ahí.

El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y muy limpio. Cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para una buena estancia. Las camas son muy cómodas y amplias. El servicio de desayuno buffet también es muy bueno.

So it’s a great hotel with a fantastic swimming pool area. Easily walkable from the historic district.couple of things let it down. Housekeeping don’t refill the nespresso capsules and you have to pay 1€ each for them (never had to do this before), they also don’t take away empty bottles etc. The bed was always perfectly made up and the towels replaced. The gym is well equipped but strangely does not have air con which was a disadvantage as the temperature was 35 degrees. . Overall though it’s a great place and I would stay there again.

On connaît très bien cet hôtel car on y descend à chaque fois lors de nos voyages . Il est super bien.

Un endroit calme et tranquille bien agréable

Hôtel qui paraît bien. Toutefois le ménage n’est pas parfait et la présence d’un énorme cafard dans la chambre a été une expérience fortement déplaisante.
