我们意大利之行的第一天入住该酒店，因是早班飞机，八点多就到了酒店，服务人员很热心，为我们提供了周边游玩景点，待我们三点多回到酒店时，已经安排好了房间，并在房间桌子上冰镇着一瓶赠送给我们的香槟。傍晚值班的服务员得知我想为我先生策划第二天生日的惊喜时，给了很多很好的建议，并提前安排好第二天早上我们在用早餐时，由餐厅的领班和两位服务员一起送上鲜花、蛋糕和生日祝福，给了我先生一个Big Surprise。该酒店服务特别周到，地理位置优越，可步行达到很多著名景点如西班牙广场等，但酒店还很安静。

Great location and service. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. It would be even greater if staff could have given detailed recommendations for the best restaurants nearby.

前台英文差勁，不會提供任何協助， 房間骯髒，不衛生，不會選擇再下住，冷氣有怪味。與小朋友同行，床單不清潔。

Staff are very helpful

Overall very good. A reasonable 4 star hotel. it's in a quiet street and just 10 mins walk to Spanish Steps and 15 mins to Vetican city. The airport bus stop is nearby. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful, just ask them if you need anything like hot water and tea in room. The room is comfortable, clean and in good size. Recommended.

친절한 직원과 좋은 위치가 좋았습니다. 4인 가족이 사용하기는 다소 좁았지만 나쁘지는 않았습니다.

Delightful return to the hotel - very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast selection.

Staff at front desk was not very welcoming at the time of check in. Basic room with no body lotion in the room. It is not at par with the price paid.

Great and helpful staffs. Hotel upgraded our room and it was a great room with large balcony and bathroom. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Staff is courteous and helpful, the rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast has many choices and the hotel is located in an excellent location.

Only complaint was someone had a barking dog in the room next to us. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great place to stay and close to everything

Le personnel est très agréable, l’ensemble des espaces est d’une propreté irréprochable (y compris les chambres). Seul les salles de bain font office de point noir dans cet hôtel puisque bien que d’une propreté encore une fois indiscutable, celle-ci paraissent très très vieille et pas au niveau d’un hôtel de ce genre.
