我们意大利之行的第一天入住该酒店，因是早班飞机，八点多就到了酒店，服务人员很热心，为我们提供了周边游玩景点，待我们三点多回到酒店时，已经安排好了房间，并在房间桌子上冰镇着一瓶赠送给我们的香槟。傍晚值班的服务员得知我想为我先生策划第二天生日的惊喜时，给了很多很好的建议，并提前安排好第二天早上我们在用早餐时，由餐厅的领班和两位服务员一起送上鲜花、蛋糕和生日祝福，给了我先生一个Big Surprise。该酒店服务特别周到，地理位置优越，可步行达到很多著名景点如西班牙广场等，但酒店还很安静。

Great location and service. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. It would be even greater if staff could have given detailed recommendations for the best restaurants nearby.

Staff are very helpful

Overall very good. A reasonable 4 star hotel. it's in a quiet street and just 10 mins walk to Spanish Steps and 15 mins to Vetican city. The airport bus stop is nearby. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful, just ask them if you need anything like hot water and tea in room. The room is comfortable, clean and in good size. Recommended.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quite large by European standards. Furniture was perhaps a bit dated, but perfectly serviceable. The mattress was quite hard, but did the job. The breakfast served was very good and had a wide variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Prati is a nice area and there are many good places to eat around, but be prepared for a bit of a walk to most of the attractions (Vatican City, Colosseum, Forum, etc. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very friendly staff and hotel located in quiet neighborhood . Breakfast was the same every day and limited selection.

Clean room and the location is kinda far from the metro stations.

Clean room, staff

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my personal experience with this hotel. First, I want to mention that I am Asian, and during our stay, I couldn’t help but notice a difference in how we were treated compared to other guests. At breakfast each morning, my wife and I were consistently ignored by the staff. On our third day, we deliberately sat near the entrance to observe. We saw that other guests were greeted and welcomed as they came in, but we were not acknowledged in the same way. Another concern was at the lobby help desk. Whenever I asked questions, it often felt like the staff were in a rush to end the conversation rather than genuinely assist. The interactions felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I don’t want to make assumptions, but this was our experience, and it left us feeling uncomfortable. My wife and I travel frequently—at least twice a year to different places—and this is the first time we’ve ever felt this way. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on making all guests feel equally welcomed and respected. Good point is Breakfast food is good.

Stay was wonderful, staff very helpful (ie getting cabs called, personal room requests, exchanging money, etc.) Excellent breakfast, great variety. Would highly recommend this property. Can’t wait to come back. Ciao…

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer tollen Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse, toller Kaffee, schöne Sitzplätze. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.
