我们意大利之行的第一天入住该酒店，因是早班飞机，八点多就到了酒店，服务人员很热心，为我们提供了周边游玩景点，待我们三点多回到酒店时，已经安排好了房间，并在房间桌子上冰镇着一瓶赠送给我们的香槟。傍晚值班的服务员得知我想为我先生策划第二天生日的惊喜时，给了很多很好的建议，并提前安排好第二天早上我们在用早餐时，由餐厅的领班和两位服务员一起送上鲜花、蛋糕和生日祝福，给了我先生一个Big Surprise。该酒店服务特别周到，地理位置优越，可步行达到很多著名景点如西班牙广场等，但酒店还很安静。

Great location and service. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. It would be even greater if staff could have given detailed recommendations for the best restaurants nearby.

Staff are very helpful

Overall very good. A reasonable 4 star hotel. it's in a quiet street and just 10 mins walk to Spanish Steps and 15 mins to Vetican city. The airport bus stop is nearby. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful, just ask them if you need anything like hot water and tea in room. The room is comfortable, clean and in good size. Recommended.

Amazing stag! The hotel is centrally located and near all major attractions and the rooms are big!

The staff did an amazing job understanding our Kentucky dialect. The entire staff worked above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

AC was troublesome for us Americans. Couldn't quite get the room cool enough for us but we're used to different temperatures. The toilet paper was not plentiful enough for three people, staff was good to give us extra but we ended up stopping at the store and purchased our own since the hotel rolls are like quarter rolls. We're on extend vacation so we did utilize the laundry service, it was quicker than advertised, only draw back was that several items of clothing had tags stapled through the fabric so small holes are now present. Room was clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and we did utilize the rooftop bar which was good as well. Location was good for quick access to the train, decent walk to the Port and town central as well.

Excellent consierge. Very helpful and informative. Lovely hotel in peaceful location but within short walking distance of the main attractions. We would highly recommend this hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. Its not easy to find a hotel room for 4 in rome, so the family room was very comfortable for us. The AC worked great in the summer heat and room was quiet. Rooms were clean and having breakfast was a huge plus for us. Its very convenient to start your day of sightseeing! The only negative is that they charge a lot for transfers and drivers so you are better off getting your own taxi. Other than that, its a great place to stay in the prati area. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but the area is more residential than touristy. Its not a far walk to the city center. We walked easily to Vatican City and even walked to the colliseum (40 min).

Our room was lovely and very clean. Quiet neighborhood, yet walking to main attractions was not an issue…15 to 40 minutes to everything.

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Dei Mellini, very good breakfast and fantastic clean rooms! Also, loved a late check out with a late flight, makes a big difference in getting the perfect rest before leaving.
