Wonderful hotel in an excellent hotel.

Lovely heritage hotel in the city centre close to the best city amenities. But AVOID ROOM 121 at all costs, very loud ventilation/services running beside/under the room that will ruin your sleep.

Excellent staff and hotel!

The hotel is beautifully maintained and well located, close to shopping and main streets. All the staff were super helpful and treated us like royalty. This is a wonderful hotel and my family and I really enjoyed our time there.

Really nice hotel, staff very friendly

Property was gorgeous and staff were very friendly. While there is parking available for this property it is pretty far away from the hotel. The parking garage was nice just a little too far from the hotel.

One’s room is very complicated.

The room was narrow and not very easy to access, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. Moving around with luggage felt quite inconvenient due to the limited space. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection was quite basic and the quality didn’t really meet expectations, although it was still acceptable for a short stay.

The hotel was nice. The staff was wonderful. My only issue is the parking it’s like four blocks away. It’s an inconvenience, and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work those are my only issues I had. The room was spacious. The breakfast included was a plus.
