The staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast is rich and good tasty. The room is not big but neat and clean.

The hotel is nice and clean and there is parking but the receptionist at the desk was not polite and lacked essential communication skills probably because of her young age. When we tried to understand why we were paying so much, she answered by saying if you do not want to pay, i will pay from my own pocket, which we found utterly rude.

Room was spotless and reception staff gave a great recommendation for something to eat on Saturday night. The recommendation was close by as well.

Prenotato una stanza con letto ad piazza e mezzo invece letto singolo. Nella descrizione era presente il bidet e non c’era. L’acqua dalla doccia usciva con il contagocce. Televisore minuscolo con un solo canale. Non ho fatto reclami perché il mio soggiorno era soltanto per una notte, ma non tornerò sicuramente.

The bathroom was not very private (just a glass door where you can look through the hinges) but very clean. The hotel is a long walk from the city center but there was a few options for public transportation. The bruch was very good, with a lot of options and the service was impeccable.

Personale molto rumoroso durante la colazione.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits seulement, hôtel en travaux lors de notre passage, donne l’impression de mauvais entretien , nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 (soit avec un enfant en bas âge), on a dû demander une literie supplémentaire et nous avons dû payer un supplément, accessoirement on a nous attribué une chambre 1er étage côté terrain de sport, donc bruit en soirée (avec un enfant qui se couche tôt en soirée). Douche et climatisation laissant à désirer, bref … un avantage: le parking.
