Wunderbarer Aufenthalt und das freundlichste Personal, das ich je getroffen habe. Ich habe mich in meinem Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt und jede Minute genossen. Großartiges Frühstück (drinnen oder direkt am Pool) und auch für Vegetarier/Veganer ist die Auswahl groß! Vielen Dank für den Applaus und den Empfang nach der Ironman 70.3 Weltmeisterschaft durch das Personal!

Flott opphold på fint hotell med fantastisk service, og fantastiske ansatte. Servicen er det jeg kommer til å huske best. Fikk oppgradert rom til suite og det var en fin opplevelse Fine utearealer, enkelte av fasiliteter stengt pga off-season uten at det gjorde noe. Fin strand og bademuligheter. Bra pool område. Litt gåturer må til for å komme til shopping/andre restauranter

Room was lovely and the staff were fantastic

We knew the restaurants at the hotel were closed, what we didn’t expect was the areas to have been abandoned. It was eeery. The hotel also looked like it wasn’t being maintained whilst the ownership dispute was ongoing. The hotel was tired looking. The hotel staff did a great job keeping the hotel running, but it was a significant downgrade from past years we’ve stayed. Such a shame, with an impact on our trip.

Diverse Restaurants im Hotel waren geschlossen

Très bel hôtel ! Vieillissant mais toujours bien . Emplacement de rêve . Les chambres centrales ont une vue magnifique sur la piscine et sur la mer. Quelques améliorations à apporter . - la porte vitrée séparant le WC de la salle de bains, grince terriblement. - le système de distribution du savon, shampoing, crèmes…est bien mais pas toujours pratique, puisque fixè aux murs.Pour que ce soit bien, il faudrait en rajouter 2 : distributeurs au niveau bas de la baignoire (accessible quand on y est allongé ) Et egalement au niveau du bidet. L’hôtel est propre, si on veut bien accepter beaucoup de fourmis . La piscine et la restauration y est très bonne

We knew about the referb work at the hotel but found the hotel to be tired and in urgent need of the referb. We stayed in the hotel 13 years previously and really enjoyed our stay but I guess the passing of time affected it. I'm sure it will be lovely when it gets completed.

Amazing staff they went out above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Dinner at the poolside restaurant is better than any restaurant I tried in town.

Sehr nah zum Puerto Banus, Yachthafen - 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zimmer sehr sauber. Freundliches Hotel Personal. Einfach alles Top!

Proberbly once a great hotel but now a bit worn down/renovation ongoing. The dbl room we got was so tiny that we had no space to put our suitcases, but on the bed or on the floor, blocking the hallway. In the description it says "you can relax in a sunbed on the beach" but not that it was a 15 euro charge for that. The Upside: The bed was great and the staff fantastic. The breakfast buffet offers what you could expect.

Love the location and wonderful staff of people. Please update the place and work on getting the restaurants and grounds back open, it would be great for the guests and staff.
