The girl from the front desk asked me to come back and made me wait for a long time

Hotel in good location for bars, restaurants and shops. It was shall I say tired it could be so much more. There is a roof terrace that's not utilized which could be a great plus as the views are great but apart from a couple of loungers that's all. Had a problem with our shower which couldn't be fixed so we were offered another room but we declined as we were too busy to move all of our stuff but with a bit of Heath Robinson inspiration did a temporary fix ourselves. Breakfast was ok but then again could be better eggs tasted funny and the bacon was far too thin and crisp and no tomatoes which I found surprising in Sicily.

Rummet hade gamla skitna heltäckningsmattor, stenhård säng som var på ett loft. Minibaren fungerade inte kylan på, överlag var hotellet väldigt gammalt och slitet. Borde inte ligga på mer än 2 stjärnor. Läget var bra. Fanns ingen bar i hotellet, blev hänvisade till en bar ett kvarter bort. Frukost ok. Enda hotellet som tog betalt för en flaska vatten från varma minibaren. Ena hissen trasig.

Albergo carino, silenzioso nel pieno centro di Catania. Personale gentile, attento e premuroso. Rapporto qualita prezzo ottima. Consiglio vivamente.

Very central hotel. Very nice staff and a good breakfast

Our room was adequate and comfortable and the location of the hotel is great. Staff are friendly and professional. Clean towels and clean bedding daily which was great. The breakfast however was disappointing. The TV did not have a signal and no streaming was available on it. There was no water or coffee facilities provided and no usb ports in room. The shower area needed a really good de-scaling and clean.

Every perfect!!!!

We had a room level with steps leading to two churches and next to two bars and nightclubs. Noisy! Also, our neighbor in the room next door had a cough, which we could hear loud and clear throughout the night. The staff is excellent; the breakfast is mediocre at best. We recommend the hotel due to the outstanding location.

Area immediately around property isn’t much, but the hotel is centrally located to be walkable to nearby sights, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel is pretty dated, so rooms are not modern. Steam room is/was down during my stay. Staff was amazing, very helpful. Overall, decent stay.

Trip was great. Lovely location. Rooms are good size. Shower wasn't great - needs upgrading. Beds a bit on the hard side. I would stay there again.
