My family had a great time. The accommodations were exactly what we asked for and our room had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the pool.

Super clean , amazing customer service. Verry quiet!

Everyone was great (except for paperwork on $250 fine if you have unregistered guests swimming) and they were busy at desk sometimes but pool was pretty cool especially for the littles and tweens. Also had a hot tub which is appreciated! They did such a great job keeping me stocked and cleaned & no one yelled at me for a few child tantrums in the night….

Room was very nice.

I didn’t like how dark the hallways were. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the spring. The pillows were way soft.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Close to airport and shuttle.

The actual stay was alright. While enjoying the pool area there was a birthday party that showed up. Probably about 20 kids in all. No more pool enjoyment! Was also double charged. They refused to correct this since it was booked through someone else. Maybe if you can't trust who you let reserve for you. That's a problem! Not interested in having to take time away from my daily activities in order to correct something that should have already been correctly handled.

The bathroom drains kept backing up & did not drain well.

Two things I missed here. The Gideon Bible was nowhere to be found. The bathtub had no drain plug. Person at front desk had no solution for this, suggesting I put a cup over the drain. Huh? The room was otherwise comfortable and breakfast was fine.

Kids loved the pool area. Lots of fun.

LaRae was so nice and helpful, it made my stay that much better having my questions answered well, and her awesome attitude was great to see!

Pleasant staff, hotels was as expected.

Our kids loved the pool. The breakfast had several options. It was clean and safe.

Went to check in and Desk worker politely said just a minute then disappeared for 10 minutes. Came back and was polite and everything but we had traveled for hours and just wanted to get our room. We were the only people checking in at 7:30. Room was great and breakfast the next morning was great.

No complaints. Left early because of disagreement with partner.
