Nice location and room.

Check in at 3pm and check out at noon was easy and seamless with the very helpful and friendly staff who spoke to us effortlessly in English,our native language. Our room was on the 7th floor with uninterrupted view of the lighthouse, casino and the sea. We had a partial view of the beach too, and caught the occasion glimpse of the plucky surfers riding the waves. Accessing our room was easy with a smooth, fast lift. We always looked forward to returning to our hotel during our stay knowing we had a lovely clean room with a view 'to die for'. Whilst we enjoyed visiting Biarritz and its attractions, our stay in the Mercure President was the 'icing on the cake', for want of a better expression. The Hotel President has an excellent central location with numerous cafes and restaurants to explore nearby, from the local market for a quick breakfast to the iconic Cafe Miramar for dinner. Spoiled for choice on our 2-day break, we never got around to eating in the Mercure President and hence cannot comment on the breakfast, which was reasonably priced from 10 Euros. We would unreservedly recommend a stay at the Mercure President Hotel, and it would be our first choice should we be lucky enough to return to Biarritz in the future. Sincerely, Alan & Linda

Deuxième séjour en l’espace d’un mois, toujours aussi parfait, accueil, chambre , le vue mer, équipement, propreté… et merci de m’avoir donné à nouveau la même chambre comme demander. Je reviendrai très vite !!

Excellent accueil , chambre très propre et bien équipée , vue magnifique, rien à redire , je vais y re séjourner très prochainement avec grand plaisir merci à toute l’équipe

La chambre était parfaite

Hotel was super convenient. Room was amazing with huge windows and view of lighthouse. Something to note, there is a window in bathroom open to the main room so not ideal for groups or friends.

Fantastiskt läge. Renlighet överträffade förväntningarna. Servicen var varm och genuin. Frukosten var utmärkt. Hotellets personal var verkligen det som förgyllde tillvaron. Jag kommer att återvända. 10/10

Après avoir séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, cette dernière expérience a été très décevante. Une climatisation très bruyante qui m’a réveillé plusieurs fois. Des cheveux dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée. Du papier toilette qui etait Pas renouvellé, j’a indi aller chercher moi même du papier dans la réserve. Ma tasse de café du kit d accueil qui est restée sale sur la table 3 jours d affilé alors que le ménage était fait. La porte des toilette qui ne fermait pas et ne se claquait même pas!!! Heureusement un technicien est intervenu rapidement lorsque nous l’avons remonté. Et surtout les nouveaux aménagements ne permettent absolument pas de recevoir les vêtements pour 2 personnes surtout pour plusieurs jours. 5 cintres à se partager et une seule tablette pour mettre tous les vêtements!! Les chambres ne sont pas adaptées pour recevoir un couple avec des bagages c est aberrant !! Pa sur que je revienne dans cet hôtel mercure

Delikat og lyst hotell, virka som detvar nyoppussa. Alt fungerte, med fin temperatur på rommet i varmen. Vi var to voksne og to tenåringar, og familierommet fungerte til det. Fleire dusjar, adskilt rom for toalett.Fornøgd med utsikt til parkeringsplass, då blei det lite støy. Svært god beligghenheit, midt i sentrum med tre min gange til hovedstranda. God delikat frokost, bevisst på å ikkje kaste mykje mat. Litt mangel på påfyll av toalettartiklar. Anbefalar gjerne!

Great location, friendly staff, luggage store was useful

Chambre très petite. Mauvaise odeur dans les toilettes qui sont d’ailleurs trop petites. Une personne de grande taille ne peut presque pas fermer la porte . Un petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix ce qui est dommage !
