Very clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was included and great way to start every day. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Zero complaints.

Great stay

Make sure you double check that there’s an AC unit in your room. I went during a time where it wasn’t needed. Yet, I would not be able to handle no AC during the summer time. Wished there was more snack options vs. just the vending machines. Nevertheless, the staff and hotel was great. The pool was amazing.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice sized. The first night we stayed there, there was a band that played until midnight that we could hear in our room on the second floor but the rest of the time was quiet. There were a lot of families with kids running around and breakfast could get a bit crowded if you went at a later time. We went earlier most mornings and it was lively. The food was very good. The staff were very helpful with travel suggestions regarding trains or taxis and such. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel.

The area was a bit remote but there was a bus service to the city centre. The room was amazing, although I did notice what seemed to be stubborn stains on our towels. The staff were so helpful and friendly, which made my friend and I feel very comfortable and safe during our stay. The hotel has a variety of amenities, which we did not use but I would love to return there. The hotel seems to accommodate all kinds of stay be it for business or leisure.

Room nice, clean and comfortable . Sky sports in the room which is a huge plus . Food in restaurant was good . Only gripe is the EV chargers . Extremely slow and only 2 of them

Great location, great buzz, great staff, great food, great facilities and spotless throughout....pity about the weather ☔️, but nothing the hotel could do about that

Staff very polite and helpful. Great breakfast with loads of hot and cold options including gluten free items. The leisure areas also very nice. Rooms are clean, with free water bottles.

I am very disappointed that we had an issue when booking using the Hotels.com app and your Hotel did not refund the booking. I would have stayed at the Hotel if the booking was confirmed on the app. I had to stay at another Hotel and notified Hotels.com when this happened. They blamed Castleknock Hotel for not refunding the booking. This was a technical issue and I am the one that takes the extra cost. hotels.com and your hotel profited from a technical issues and i am at a loss. Very disappointing from both organisations.
