Naja das Hotel ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt einige Erneuerungen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in vielerlei Hinsicht nicht erfüllt. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr berücksichtigen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Aber ist auch kein Problem, da sie anscheinend viele Stammgäste haben.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, alles frisch und super lecker, für jeden was dabei. Ein Riesen Lob an unsere Gästebetreuerin Aylin! Wir fühlten uns super aufgehoben, hatten ein tolles Zimmer und eine super erholsame Zeit bei euch.

Compared to a standard 5 star hotel in North America, this hotel would be equivalent to a 3 star hotel. The buffet was busy, the food was mediocre. The wooden deck by the pool areas looked worn. My room had a leak stain on the ceiling. Beds were uncomfortable. Not worth the price or hype in my opinion. I wish I had known- I would never have booked this resort

Wir waren mit der Familie da und es waren wirklich schöne Ferien. Service und Essen der Hammer. ES gab essen für alle und jeden Tag was anderes und es war alles sehr frisch und lecker. Auch Pools waren sauber. Leider war der Boden im Zimmer dreckig und auch nach dem Auffordern, war es nicht der hit. Abgesehen davon wirklich empfehlenswert.

Alles war super sind sehr zufrieden gewesen mit dem Aufenthalt.

Well maintained and iconic resort with a large main buffet and lots of smaller food outlets scattered throughout. Particularly liked the beer shack and fried chicken shack! Not cheap (and they accidentally changed me twice although I did get refunded), but worth it for a couple of nights. Healthy food options were plentiful and diverse (although most people still went for the burgers and chips!).

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Essen und Personal waren top – alle super freundlich, besonders mit meinem Kind. Es gab viel zu tun, ob am Pool oder am Strand. Einzig etwas schade: Nach der Zimmerreinigung blieb die Tür ein paar Mal offen stehen. War nicht tragisch, aber etwas unglücklich. Ansonsten wirklich alles bestens!
