房間沒有冷氣風扇，與hotel.com所描述不同，故房間較熱。另外，洗澡水外淺，令地板全濕。床墊開始舊，有下榻情況。景觀開揚，有小型厨房，空間較大，洗澡水夠熱，毛巾隔天更換但天天執房。酒店附近多食店亦有超市，巴士站，泳灘等。酒店有免費接駁車往市中心，但我沒有使用過。早餐有面包，生果，可可米，乳酪及芝士火腿蛋等，不是好味，亦不難吃。

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and I am very grateful for that. They even allowed me to have a late check-out. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, it had no view — just a view of the parking lot. I absolutely loved the gym and the indoor swimming pool, and I also found the breakfast to be amazing! Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Daglig rengjøring av rommet, god frokost. Bra beliggenhet, kort vei til bussholdeplass og lett adkomst til sentrum av Funchal. Rolig strøk. Bra restauranter i nabolaget.

Chambre très grande et propre. Literie confortable. Accueil sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est bon et vraiment varié.

Points positifs : chambre très propre, matelas confortable, serviettes de toilette de qualité, kitchenette, balcon, bon petit-déjeuner, jacuzzi au top. Pas de vue mer : nous étions au 2ème étage : un toit cachait la vue. Dommage que la piscine intérieure ne soit pas suffisamment chauffée. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Nous avons utilisé l’application bolt pour les transferts aéroport et nous déplacer sur l’île. Notre vol partant tôt le matin, on a pu prendre notre petit-déjeuner très tôt en prévenant la réception la veille. Séjour agréable !

Some photos of the property untruth. Shows pool with sea view. It's all building around. Limited sun. Property gets flooded with small amount of rain. Lots of maintenance issues, plugs , locks. All drinks even tap water paid for with meals included in price .

Je ne suis absolument pas contente de mon séjour dans cet hotel ! Nous avons trouvé plusieurs cafard dans notre chambre, je prends plusieurs photo et je me dirige vers l’accueil. Un monsieur me réponds qu’il va appeler quelqu’un. 45min… toujours rien. Je descend à nouveau pour relancer. Une personne passe après quasiment une heure pour ramasser un seul cafard et le mettre dans la poubelle commune de l’hôtel !!!!!! Comment vous dire que niveau hygiène c’est 0 !! On m’explique que les autres sont en dessous du réfrigérateur donc il va mettre du spray. Je leurs demande une nouvelle chambre car il était inimaginable de dormir dans la même chambre, on m’a dit que c’était pas possible !! Puis au bout de 10 min ils ont décidés de nous mètre au RC ! A fuir

The hotel is really good for the price. The pool area is very nice and the view from our room which was quite high up with a pool and ocean view was stunning. The building itself is a little old and sound proofing could be better but overall we enjoyed our stay

Die Unterkunft war okay, die Matratzen waren gut und das Personal freundlich, leider war die nicht besonders sauber, recht alt, keine Klimaanlage und sehr sehr laut. Ohne Klimaanlage konnte man mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht schlafen (Reisezeit August, ca 30-32•), aber mit offenen ging es wegen der Lautstärke nicht. Schade. Das ist vermutlich ein Party-Viertel, wir haben es nicht gewusst.

The hotel is central located near bars and clubs. Small supermarkets are also nearby. Clean room and good housekeeping. The breakfast was chaotic, no glasses, plates or cups because they still has to wash them. No basic breakfast or solution was given for people who had to leave early. We also had dinner at the hotel. The warm food, especially the meat and fish, was terribly dry and overcoocked. We only took the 'fresh' salades. Small scrimps hidden is salades without mentioning it on the foodcards. 1 bottle of tap water of 0,75L costs 3 euro!!!!!! No airconditioning in the room.

The hotel is short distance from downtown; walking or by cab. We walked into town and took cabs back. The front desk staff are so helpful. The breakfast buffet is very very good. There is an abundance of places to eat dinner near the hotel. Great little kitchenette area with fridge. If you are a hotel pool person this hotel is great.
