The personel service in all sites was excellent.The availability of life saver on every pool gives tranquility.

We loved the resort and there was so much to do. Everyone at the resort was very friendly except for the female workers in the gift shops. Not friendly at all. Not sure why as my family and I were always happy because we were so excited to spend our vacation there. But other than that we absolutely loved the resort and our rooms.

The property and staff were amazing, it is a great hotel. Had a small problem with the wifi in our room only (localized issue) but everything else was terrific.

Very clean. Great variety of plants and flowers......love it.

There is only limited chairs with umbrellas, if you go there late then you will not be able to have one. The hotel should have provided much more chairs with umbrellas.

One word: Amazing!!! Atlantis is by far the best resort on the island.

In the room no water was available . No fruit basket and the room fridge was empty.

I knew ahead of time that this was not an all inclusive resort but holy cash cow. This resort is already very expensive to begin with but EVERYTHING cost money. There were hardly any shows, the kids activities required payment, actually 99.9% of the activities offered required additional payment. And EVERYTHING you purchased whether from a coffee shop to a sit down dinner had a mandatory 15% tip charge. Which I think played a part in the distasteful customer service. Attitudes all around and just soooo slow. Like we were such an inconvenience. Water park was cool and the beach was gorgeous but that’s all the positivity I can say. If someone were to ask do I recommend this spot I would say save your money. If you take a cruise and stop by fine but not to stay for a prolonged period

Great experience. Loved everything, except the limited water access in the royal east building during our stay.

Great family holiday destination. Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean. Marine life everywhere and the lazy river was so much fun for the younger kids. Will return!

The only issue we had was in the casino. We wanted to play the electronic roulette but of the dozen screens only one worked.

I didnt like the idea that the uber driver was able to check us out from our room. Thats not right.

You will never get bored, the pools and beaches are amazing. There is so much to do around. Food options were pretty good, everything is too pricey though.

I had one day where my room was not cleaned/updated so my cups and coffee weren’t replenished and because of the construction I wasn’t able to nap at all after coming back from the water parks because of the noise any day during my stay. This made it difficult to have a more vibrant night than I would have liked but all and all it was a really good vacation and the staff was awesome
