This hotel is near Macau International Airport and the Cotai area, but unfortunately, they don't have bus services. The staff was very nice; I love staying in this hotel.

Amazing experience and service! They upgraded my room. The room is clean and spacious. Location of hotel is convenient. A lot of restaurants and there are 24-hour supermarkets nearby.

Concierge are very helpful. Even though they had difficulty in speaking english but they do their best to help and answer all your inquiries. Also they are allowing guests to leave their luggages even you are already check out to roam more around the city.

Hotel ini kami pilih karena dekat dengan Macau University of Science and Technology di mana saya akan presentasi oral dlm rangka menghadiri Water Resource and Environment Conference 16-19 Juli, ternyata hotelnya bersih, fasilitasnya lengkap termasuk menu sarapan cukup yg halal, pelayanannya cepat dan ramah, ada shuttle utk ke pelabuhan dan bandara. Akses ke universitas dg bus juga sampai malam. Lain kali kalau ke Macau lagi akan menginap di sini. Pokoknya sangat memuaskan

Menginap dihotel inn sangat mengesankan, hotelnya berada tidak jauh dari stopan bus, hotelnya nyaman, kamarnya luas dan sangat lengkap, peralatan mandi lengkap, ada kulkas dan brankas, mau buat kopi atau susu pun bebas, hanya saja dikamar tidak disediakan galon minuman, hanya diberikan minum 1 botol kecil/tamu, kamarnya bersih sekali, resepionis cukup ramah, dikasih makan malam dan sarapan juga, wifinya cepat, hanya saja tidak ada pemandangan ketika melihat keluar dr jendela hotel, namun sejauh ini saya rasa mengesankan untuk menginap dihotel inn, namun ketika saya ingin kekolam renang, akses menunju kolam renangnya dikunci jadi saya tidak bisa pergi kesana, padahal saya tamu, semoga lebih ditingkatkan lagi.

The location quite ok, many foods and mart around. Room is good, clean, spacious, but the bathroom floor is way too much slippery. Service is good too.

We love this hotel! Two thumbs up! Room is nice, clean and the price is fair. Good it has also breakfast and free shuttle from macau ferry terminal, macau airport and to/from emperor hotel near tourist spots. I'll definitely recommend this hotel. Keep it up Inn Hotel!

Kamar tidur luas, breakfast biasa saja.

This hotel is awesome! Super helpful and friendly receptionist. They will help you with the public transport also. When i was looking for an address, they googled it and gave me the details clearly to get there. Even wrote about the fare needed 😂 There also shuttle bus - for free yes 😚- to Emperor Hotel and Casino. Good to know here, the Emperor is close enough to some tourist spots in city center, awesome! And one more superb thing here is, they provide a cellphone -yes with full internet access! for us to be brought anywhere in Macau when we stayed in this hotel. Highly recommend this place!

The room wasn't exactly as what picture showed. The breakfast spread was almost the same and limited varieties, that have shuttle buses to Emperor palace is you wish you go to the Sky Tower or Casinos, a few staffs were friendly, some weren't interested in answering your queries when they know you're a tourist. The hotel is located near the supermarket and Macdonald which is convenient.

Hotel ini sangat pas untuk budget traveler..

Nice hotel! We stayed here overnight. The front desk peeps are nice and accommodating. Rooms are big and spacious. It's also near cotai strip/casinos. If you don't want to shed out some money on the 5 star hotels but want to experience Macao. I highly recommend this place. Value for money. My only concern is their buffet breakfast, there's no much choices of food. Hope they add variety on their buffet. P.S They have free shuttle bus going to airport around 4PM. Saves taxi money. =)
