Convenient location. The room is a little bit dark, I had difficulty to use computer. A desk lamp may help.

its a small hotel with excellent location. its 5 minutes walk to the main train station, and about 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal (in case if you are joining a cruise before or aafter the hotel stay). its on a very historical street, with easyacess to many restaurants and small laces to eat. one can just walk down the street and can get to the city quite easily. The guy at the rception is very nice, comaring to the other ladies . We had a room for 3 ppl, very spacious . in general , its a valuefor money hotel. breakfast is okay, but would suggest that they shold at least add boiled eggs to the list.

good breakfast; good location - close to railway station, & other places are of walking distance; can walk to the port if you're taking a cruise & know your way, that saves you 15 euro. hope to see more friendly staff at the desk.

Dette er et hostel og faktisk et veldig bra et. Men ikke kall det hotell da. Kule fellesrom og veldig god service. Flott beliggenhet rett ved jernbanestasjonen. Rommet var ok, men ikke AC som funka så veldig varmt. Frokost var overraskende bra til prisen.

Im Badezimmer hatte es bei Zimmerbezug Haare auf dem Fussboden, welche nicht von uns stammen konnten. Obwohl wir das Schild für die Zimmerreinigung am Morgen an den Türgriff gehängt haben, wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. TV war nicht vorhanden, auf Anfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, dass in dem Zimmer kein TV vorgesehen sei. Ich habe gesagt, dass in der Buchung ein TV stehe. Er müsse dies am nächsten Tag abklären. Am nächsten Tag wurde dann einer installiert. Jedoch gab es nur italienische Sender. Der Frühstücksverantwortliche war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Drei Sterne sind meiner Meinung nicht gerechtfertigt.

Hôtel aux innombrables facilités, très bien situé à 100 m de la gare, mais très calme. Personnel sympa. Grande chambre avec salle de bains bien équipée.

A really great choice for a stay in Pompeii. Staff is terrific and check-in was a breeze. The room was comfortable and the bed perfect. A very nice breakfast was included.

I LOVED it here!! I walked in, only having booked one night, and IMMEDIATELY decided I needed another night here. Genoa is a beautiful place and the beauty and comfort of this hotel convinced me to stay another day to explore both it, and the city. This place offers so much and is truly worth it. There was never a lack of activity and everyone who worked there is genuine and kind. Right away I was given a map and information regarding the city, good spots to eat, and much more. I cannot recommend them more. They also make great drinks!!

Nonostante si chiami Hotel Britannia in realtà è un ostello. Molto bello se siete giovanissimi perché al piano terra è presente un pub molto giovanile e con birre buonissime. Per il prezzo pagato (poco meno di 300€ per tre notti) il servizio è stato inadeguato, la camera non veniva pulita, eventuali asciugamani sporchi non venivano sostituiti. Nel bagno non sono presenti i miscelatori, la doccia è sulla vasca da bagno, per fortuna non c'è il telo ma uno sportello rigido. La colazione - pagata a parte 6.90€ - era inadeguata e male riassortita, se cerano più di 10 persone la roba finiva e non veniva riassortita dal personale sempre presente (ne dedico siano procedure standard).
