We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.

They were clean, nice enough rooms. The pool was out of service when I visited so that was a bummer. Otherwise everything was good. They have a fun Foosball table and Shuffleboard table in the fitness room so that was fun. No big complaints aside from the pool being out of service.

Liked free hot dog night

Before our trip to the coast I called their front desk multiple times and never got through. I wanted to verify that their pool was working since we were bringing out grandchildren. We were very annoyed to arrive and find out that their pool was not working. We sat in the lobby with our luggage and kids and made calls to other hotels.

Good stay on work

Well the trip would have been good if the hotel had it together. The room tv didn’t work and the swimming pool was closed and it had been for a while yet did not see the need to inform us ahead of time or even when checking in and didn’t update their website to say it’s closed and then one bed in our room kept moving. They didn’t provide room service even when we ask they said all they can do I give us clean towels upon request so we do that and they still forget so we have to go down to the reception desk to ask again for towels and bring them to our rooms ourselves. They give two tissue rolls to sustain us for four days yet we are three people in one room and no napkins or extra towels. We had poor lighting in the room one light was a different shade from the other making the room look odd so for our whole trip we didn’t use one light and had to use the dim light for the whole room

My bedsheets and pillow case were dirty and had poop when told the staff, they provided new sheets that we had to put ourselves. The next day when I informed them about the inconvenience I was told to call the manager on Monday.

The service was d e cent. As was the food

We’re convinced the mattresses were found on the side of the road or retrieved from the dump. It was like sleeping on a deflated air mattress, springy, creaky, you rolled into a deep ravine on the mattress as soon on you get on. Way past a mattress lifespan. My partner and I had to each sleep on a queen bed bc the quality was so bad to sleep together. The carpet in the stairwells is stained up and dirty, never vacuumed. Leading outside to the back seating/fireplace area there is a decent size hallway by the stairs that was filled with dried up leaves and they were not cleaned up the whole 3 days we were there so stairwells were definitely neglected. They advertised a pool and hot tub but both were closed for maintenance. Lastly the breakfast was very plain and dry. Not a lot of options of anything to choose from.

Decent place to stay but condition of the room/furnishings was very tired.

The rooms were clean. Only complaint was the pool and hot tub was not available.

Clean comfortable bed

Large clean rooms, quiet. No top sheet, just duvet which was too warm. Not good dogs are allowed in breakfast area. Medium size dog was jumping on guests and putting paws on the counter several times. Owners would not control dog even on the leash.

The staff was friendly! However, the microwave was broken, the bath tub stopper was broke, the pool and hot tub were broken. The hot breakfast were sad scrambled eggs and low quality sausage links. The doors struggled to close and the credit/debit machine was also broken. The beds flopped around moved when you sat on them. Overall I would avoid this hotel again.
