Best hotel in northern Spain - and we stayed in a lot of them

Hotel was wonderful! It would have been great to have a safe and hairdryer (although a hair dryer was later provided). Beds were very nice. We enjoyed the patios too!

Lovely, charming hotel with plenty of parking and a great breakfast buffet. Very clean and the staff were all terrific. I loved that you could walk to the beach and promenade. There were also walkable options for pintxos and dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Helt OK hotell. Som forventet.

It's a nice hotel and the staff were always friendly when we interacted. It's a pleasant walk to get to La Concha and then from there into the old town. A few things made them miss the mark though: the "king" bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together with separate bedding, the safe in the room never worked (the maintenance couldn't fix it) & it took 3 different remote controls to finally get the TV to work. I just feel a lot of this should've been handled before we got there but, as I said, everyone we interacted with was great.

Room was lovely and clean. Ac worked perfectly and staff and property were nicely appointed with comfortable seating indoors and out. Loved having the balcony to read with coffee in the mornings!

Nice place to stay

Large hotel, 5 minutes from beach, 20 minutes from shopping, fabulous promenade in between. Big underground parking (€20 per day and electric charging bays). Big reception with bar and restaurant and outdoor seating. Rooms nice, balcony with table/chairs, comfy bed. Spacious bathroom with good power shower. Overall a nice stay in an absolutely fabulous city.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Barceló Costa Vasca. Everything was as one could expect from a high-end hotel chain. We did not get to try its restaurants, but we would anticipate that they were just fine. This facility was well situated in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Aunque el hotel en general está bi3n, la habitación era bastante pequeña
