This is a convenient and comfortable hotel. It is near to shopping mall and bus station. In addition, the breakfast is delicious and abundant.

The staffs at the front desk are not friendly and sincere. They seem impatient to answer your enquires if you have missed something they had said. The location of the hotel is excellence. It has a walkable distance to old town and castle. My room has Danube river view as well. However, the maintainance of the hotel is not good and the rooms are old and the bed sheet and quilt covers look not clean enough.

Great location, great room, comfortable matresses, good breakfast. Superb value for money

Room was cleaned but sheets never got changed after 4 days staying . Staffs were ok. Breakfast was ok but Not as good as we thought Air conditioning wasn’t working well , we requested a fan . The hotel location was excellent and access to everything ( shopping, attractions, walkable restaurants) . We recommended to the tourists who want to walk around and explore the city.

Vi blev opgraderet til en lejlighedssuite da vi ankom, selvom vi kun skulle overnatte én nat. Virkelig venligt og imødekommende personale. God morgenmad og perfekt beliggenhed med parkering lige foran hotellet.

Excellent location, clean and quiet

Had a great view of the castle from the room, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and staff attentive. The pool and sauna facilities were much welcomed. Would stay again.

La struttura vanta una posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro storico, e offre una buona colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Tuttavia, l'esperienza complessiva è stata penalizzata da diversi dettagli che non ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a 4 stelle, specialmente a fronte di una tariffa piuttosto alta. ​Le camere mostrano i segni del tempo: la presenza della moquette sia nei corridoi che nelle stanze non è il massimo per l'igiene, ed è decisamente sconsigliata per chi soffre di allergia alla polvere. ​Anche la configurazione del bagno si è rivelata scomoda e poco funzionale: ​Il wc è posizionato in un piccolo vano separato dal resto dei sanitari (lavandino e vasca), una scelta decisamente poco pratica. ​Manca il bidet. ​La vasca-doccia ha un bordo troppo alto, risultando scivolosa e scomoda per entrare e uscire. Inoltre, manca un soffione fisso ed è presente solo il doccino mobile. In camera non era presente il minifrigo, abbiamo dovuto richiederlo in quanto necessario per il latte e gli omogeneizzati della nostra bimba. ​Infine, una nota dolente sui servizi: la piccola piscina e la zona spa non sono incluse nel soggiorno, ma richiedono un supplemento di 15 euro a persona. In strutture della stessa categoria siamo sempre stati abituati a usufruire di questi servizi gratuitamente. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non ci ha convinti.
