Easy check in , friendly, helpful staff

Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. Rooms were big, bright, and clean. Food was good.

Our check in was absolutely unacceptable. We called at 9pm to let them know that we wouldn’t be arriving until around midnight because of our flight. We were reassured that would be no problem. We arrived at midnight to a lobby/ bar party from a wedding staying at the hotel. The only employee we ever saw was the bartender! She was great and extremely apologetic! She had to call a manager and another employee to be able to get us into a room as she didn’t know have access to the front desk computer system. She informed us the other employee had left and overnight employee was either not there yet or M.I.A. The front desk signs clearly acknowledged that they had multiple wedding parties and a baseball team staying, the lack of staff supplied by management was shameful.

The staff was particularly attentive. The front desk was able to change my room to a more desirable location. Also Malachi at the front desk was always helpful and considerate.

Malachi @ Front Desk was a welcoming person during check in. Check out-understaffed. One person only with cafe duties too! Mattress was just okay. Noisy. Could hear people in the room above us. Wall/ceiling not sound-proofed very well

Everything was great super easy check in, until later that night people stomping constantly checking doors as well as being woke up by staff at 8 am opening our door because it being locked wasn’t enough overall not pleased and won’t be staying again
