Staff was extremely helpful in accommodating us. Could not be more pleased with them.

Check in staff friendly and helpful, room was just as advertised on website, being on the ground floor the room above sounded like a herd of elephants, unfortunately some guests were very noisy in the hallway, apart from this I would recommend. The shuttle to airport was very good the staff member very efficient and friendly.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Ein Parkhaus ist angebaut, so dass man von dort direkt zu den Zimmern gelangen kann. Das Frühstück ist gut und es gibt echte Teller aus Porzellan und richtiges Besteck. Der Empfang war sehr nett und es ergab sich gleich ein sehr schönes Gespräch. Die Betten sind hervorragend.

Summer is busy season for any hotel in Bozeman. The room was oversized and felt great. Loved the blackout curtains. Bed was comfy, pillows were terrible. Everything was clean. I didnt like the every other day cleaning protocol but I guess you can request cleaning every day. I also didnt like that if you made a request from the fronf desk in person they handed those items to you right then and there, i.e. pillows, blankets. Those should be hand delivered to room by staff. All employees we ran intl were kind and helpful. Would stay again

The rooms should have nightlights for bathroom breaks at night. I really hurt myself one night banging my head into the door frame because it was absolutely pitch black in the room everywhere. The elevators were also down on day- made us uncomfortable to us them the rest of the trip. The pool and jacuzzi area could use a real refresh.

Noah was very helpful in overcoming the difficulties Hotel.com was unwilling to attempt. The facility is wonderful. The staff were very professional and accommodating.

Overall stay was very good. Room was very clean & staff was friendly. My only personal issue was the pillows are a bit flat for side sleepers.
