Great location for relaxation

Lovely stay the staff were nice, although they didnt have a spa bath, great view of the mountains from the hotel room

It was a very comfortable stay

Room needed a deep clean. Dust on appliances and hair in the bath on arrival

We enjoyed our stay. The resort's pool area is lovely although some other places are looking a little tired.

We Stayed in a Spa Suite. The room was clean and adequate. The bedroom was cold at night as there was no heating in the room. We did request a blanket which reception organised immediately. Overall amenities were good, with a lovely pool and deck area.

We stayed in mid winter and the weather was rather unfavourable but the apartment was well located, with good access to local shops and restaurants, beach, and walking/cycling path. Our only gripe was the puzzling lack of warm blankets or bedding, given it was mid winter. The bed had only a sheet and a single thin coverlet, and there was no spare bedding to be found in the room. Two more identical coverlets were delivered promptly to the room when we asked for more bedding, but a doona would have been nice.

Lovely location and grounds. Quiet location. Great dining options close by.

I was a bit concerned initially about the location however this was quickly allayed. Easy access to a range of restaurants and a bar. Room was comfortable and well appointed. The grounds were quite amazing.

Great location for beach/ walking. Friendly staff. A lot of tired fittings. Bathroom needed a bit more attention to detail. Overall quite good.

Great staff. Helped me a lot

Had a very relaxed stay. The apartment and facilities were clean and well maintained. It’s so nice to stay somewhere close to the beach and we loved watching the whales breach and swim by… The only negative feedback we have is the TV in our apartment was outdated and we had to connect to streaming apps using our mobile phone. Constant buffering and connection interruptions was annoying. Particularly when we just wanted to chill out in the evenings. Other than that we ended our stay feeling refreshed revitalised.

Nice staff at check in. The property is getting on in years. The gardens have improved in the last couple of years, and some of the common areas have too. Unfortunately the rooms (that we have had) aren’t keeping up. We won’t stay again. Very disappointing.

This is a wonderful hotel away from lots of noise and traffic, close to the beach. The hotel itself is clean and inviting Wether your alone, a couple or a family. This is our second year of staying at this hotel and we have no complaints at all.

Property was clean and well kept. Near a small shopping area the beach. We did not get to try out the pool as it was winter but the pool looked nice.
