Room is smaller than what you saw from the website, and I booked this hotel for bath tub, and turned out that I got only shower room instead of bath tub. Beside that, the employee are friendly and helpful.

1. the hotel is lovely including the room/ breakfast area/ and the hall, i love it 2. staffs are great, and the lady at the front desk gave us a quick check in..so nice of her 3. breakfast is very good, and also the waitress and waiter are sooo polite 4. bathroom drainage works well unlike other hotels we stayed in (every 3-5 mins the drainage got blocked so it took a long time to have shower) 5. its located in a quiet area

Staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean but a bit too small. Reasonable working distance to the main attractions. Breakfast is good.

雖然距離鬧區稍遠，但這是此次出遊住過最滿意的一間，服務人員親切，房間大，乾淨，早餐好吃且有停車位(需收費)，缺點是浴缸排水不良，整體來說，雖然價錢稍高，但絕對是來法蘭克福的好選擇。

Absolutely GREAT!!! Best hotel ever! We arrived in early morning due to the flight, but staff of hotel let us check in when we got there. Furthermore, they even invited us to have some breakfast. Not only all staff are nice, but also the hotel is great, cozy, tidy and pretty. More beautiful than pictures look. Breakfast is good, location is good too. Definitely will choose here again! Huge recommend!

位置離車站有點距離，到臨近地鐵也要點距離，有點乾尬的位置，夏天住無空調，有點熱，早餐還算不錯。

Ottima posizione per visitare la città (attenzione soltanto a non entrare nella zona della stazione, che sembra molto rischiosa)

Our stay was just okay. The room was a bit of a squeeze, feeling too small for our group. The third bed was also pretty uncomfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the central train station. However, the area leading to the train station was a letdown, with a noticeable presence of homeless people and litter. It's a shame, as I remembered this city fondly from visits to Germany and Frankfurt 40 years ago - it seems to have changed a lot since then. On a brighter note, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff in the breakfast area were super friendly and made our morning meal really enjoyable.

It was a very lovely hotel with the most amazing breakfast! Close to the train station and the staff were so kind.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It may not be the fanciest hotel you’ll ever stay in but it makes up for that in character. The garden in the back was a nice, quiet spot to take a breather from the busy city. The included breakfast was delicious and had something for all tastes. The staff was helpful and gracious. In particular, Jonas, was a godsend in helping us navigate the area.

Wonderful place to stay in Frankfurt! Staff very helpful. Very impressive breakfast which is included. Definitely stay here again.
