酒店位置很好，鄰近火車站，周邊有商場、科學文化宮也在眼前！酒店安排樓層在高層38樓看得城市景觀很棒，缺點：房間有點舊，廁所發出強烈的臭味很難聞、晚上臭到難入睡而且頭痛！有跟櫃檯提及他們說已經處理了仍然一樣不變！只是不知道是否其他房間是否有相同問題？

Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor . Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables. Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating. Definitely will be staying here next time Im in Warsaw

Hotel is very clean and staff is helpful, great gym. Rooms need a little update, outdated and worn furniture, but clean.

Mala insonorización de la habitación, toda la noche escuchando ruidos de la calle, aún estando en la planta 37. El baño 24 horas con el ventilador puesto y sin poder quitarlo. Desayuno excelente el primer día, el segundo no tanto, opino que un 5 estrellas debe tener todos los días la misma variedad. Muy bien comunicado.

Frukost var färsk bara lite för dyrt. Baren har inte varit.

Bar and restaurant were fantastic with a unique and delicious menu. Pool and saunas were gorgeous, clean.

Right across the street from the Warsaw central train station, but quiet. Excellent location!

Breakfast buffet is okay, club lounge not worth it. Rooms are in need of update. Good central location near train station and shops. Curtains didn't fit window so light poured in at 4am. Only 1 socket on one side of bed.

Næsten alt var helt fantastisk indtil sidste dag, hvor hotellet placerede en familie med 2 skrigende unger i naboværelset - 👎👎 Så er værelset ikke lydisoleret nok. Ellers var alt andet helt i top

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing. The anniversary gift was outstanding and such a thoughtful surprise. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Presidential Warsaw. Great staff, really helpful at every point. The Lobby Bar had tasty food and excellent service. The drinks were on point. Clean rooms with an "American" hospitality kind of feel. All amenities you'd find at your big American chains. I was upgraded to a high floor with amazing views of the Palace! Thank you so much!
