It was loud music playing from midday until almost 1 am. We wanted to change rooms, and were met with quite rude and unfriendly staff. We ended up leaving after 1 night, even though we booked for 5. They also refused to refund for the remaining nights.

Chambre avec vue sur l'océan, plage privée à dix minutes à pieds. Pension complète. Wifi ne fonctionne pas, malgré changement de chambre. Au buffet du soir, il faut être dix minutes avant l'ouverture pour avoir une place. Grande file d'attente pour le buffet du soir. Nourriture variée, personnel de service au top. Bruits animations le soir, heureusement nous étions au bout au troisième étage. Sinon plusieurs bus et taxis. Personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Salle de sport payante, 5 euros, 1h. Eau payante, trois euros, 1,5l. Mais supérette attenante, 0,60 euros la gde bouteille. Navette aéroport top ! Nous avons rencontré plusieurs clients réguliers. Le matin nous devions prendre l'avion à 6 heures. La box petit déjeuner était généreuse.

Room was ok, the main bonus was they let you take food from the buffet which really helped in the morning as my daughter woke up late somedays and we could take some fruit and pastries for her when she missed breakfast

Literie abominable, eau à peine tiède, WI-FI très faible. Alimentation très bonne mais restaurant bondé et tables à peine lavées. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Washroom very small. Staff are very good and helpful. Check in and out timing not suitable.

Very run down room, no closet space, weird mould smell from matress and towels.

Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä. All inclusive ruoka vaihteli jonkinverran joten ei alkanut kyllästyttään (oltiin 3 yötä) ja juomat ei kuuluneet pakettiin ja ne piti maksaa käteisellä ravintolassa (limu 25mad, olut 40mad). Uima-allas ei ole lämmitetty ja illan ohjelma kestää klo 23 saakka. Naapuribaarin musiikki kuuluu huoneeseen iltaisin hyvin, mutta se ei häirinnyt meitä. Hotellilla oma kioski josta voi ostaa juomia omaan jääkaappiin. Pieni kävelymatka rannalle, mutta takseja myös heti hotellin edessä. Viihdyimme oikein hyvin! Kiitos!

The breakfast and the resturant personal was amazing!

The hotel has some lovely staff especially in house keeping and at the restaurant. The wonderful entertainment team make it a welcoming atmosphere and it is exceptionally child friendly. This is my second visit and what lets the hotel down is management and reception staff. There was constant requests for extra money, an extortionate amount more for New Year’s Eve when we had paid for full board and no other options available, feedback from guests was that the food was poor despite the price. Drinks costing double during football matches, charging an obscene amount for water in the restaurant and the challenging guests who buy it for an 1/8 of the price at the adjoining shop. Reception staff can be hostile and this upset a number of guests. I do like this hotel but in order to keep returning guests, management need to consider these extra costs and ensure these are explained and justified. This would make reception staff jobs easier, as they are fielding complaints.

Les serviettes absentes selon les jours de menage, une fenetre qui ne tient pas a la vitre, une attente de 3h pour recuperer sa chambre, des plats bien en dessous de ce qui peut etre attendu, de la vaisselle absente a table, et le clou du spectacle la bouteille d eau est payante !!!!c est juste inadmissible.

Room very tired and in need of renovation. Hotel staff are its best assets as they are very helpful, friendly and efficient. However the hotel itself is disappointing and we won’t be returning.
