絕對令人滿意的是所有員工的服務都很好！ 但房間有點舊，而且味道很大，可能是驅蚊蟲的香薰味，入住幾晚都流鼻水，睡得不太好

Everything is clean and detailed. The room is specious and very comfortable! The bed is large and comfortable. The pool is very prettg with stunning view. There was little gift everyday when we back hotel. So sweet. The stuff are helpful and with their lovely smile all the time. Thank you for making my trip so completed <3

各方面都很好，饭菜好吃。green papaya salad和coconut shoot 的salad超赞，免费下午茶也不错吃。送的welcome foot massage，打电话预约，结果直接给上门服务了。超赞！除了第一天晚上在大沙发躺着，旁边出没了一只蟑螂。。。以后有机会还会住这，期待the pavilions niseko开张

Well renovated with great design. Spacious with swimming pool and sun bath area. Living room on the g/f with bedroom and bathroom on 2nd. Tried the 2.5hr in-room spa, though its quite expensive in phuket standard, at 5500 baht per person, it worths. One thing to complain is that the jacuzzi bath tube is not clean, with dirts coming out along the air pumps, as well as some weird smells. Other than that everything is good.

在普吉住了6个晚上，3晚在Amari ， 3晚在Pavilion，和Pavilion比Amari在服务上实在好太多！ Pavilion的villa的确不错，山景很美，径道幽静，硬件很不错。 可是说到服务…前台，下午茶，早饭餐厅的服务人员没有笑容，特别是下午茶的地方，服务员们根本不朝你看，当你空气，我每次举手叫她们都诚惶诚恐，觉得是否我打搅了她们… 房间打扫马虎到极端！！放衣服的隔板上一层灰！浴缸在第一晚入住的时候，用手一摸，一层黄糊糊的油腻，第二天让他们来打扫，也只是马虎地擦了擦（黄色油腻没有了），只好自己再洗一次浴缸，终于泡上了澡…然后，第三天…浴缸依然没有打扫，我的头发还在浴缸底，最过分的是：连浴缸旁的踏脚毛巾也居然没有换！因为前一晚我看那毛巾有黒黒的脏点，就把那脏的地方随手翻了个面，但没用，然后，晚上我发现那块有脏点的毛巾依然皱皱地躺在浴缸旁，是我帮忙翻了个面才让它看上去比较干净，而脏的一面仍然在底下…这个酒店的打扫人员连毛巾是否被用过都不确认… 最后在离店的时候，我打电话给前台要小车接（酒店太大，进出都需要那种小的电动车），我明确地说了我们有3个人，2个箱子，他居然开来一辆顶多能做4个人的小车，所以他把我们人先载到前台，再回去载行李，而我们只能在前台等我们的行李…从这些小细节看出，这家酒店的服务没有严格训练，服务员不专业得连我这个外行也看不下去！！！

酒店非常好，房间私密性高，依山而建，自己走路的话会有点累，去餐厅或去哪里call buggy很方便，叫完车穿鞋出门车就到了。房间有自己的泳池，房间很大，特别适合休闲度假式的旅游。早餐很丰盛很好吃，而且景观很好，每天的早餐时间都是一种享受。酒店工作人员态度都特别好，服务很热情。我们在房间还做了次按摩，非常舒服，服务很好，就是价格有点贵。唯一一点美中不足的是酒店离市区太远，每次出门都要花1个小时在路上，去码头还要将近2个小时，路途有点累，如果不出去只呆在酒店度假的话就很舒服。总体很满意，很棒的体验。

早前上網已經知道呢間酒店評價好好，同埋有賓至如歸的感覺，親身體驗真係冇得頂，無論服務，地方，以及設備都係屬於一流水準，但地方比較偏遠啲，自駕遊就冇問題，早餐比預期中少選擇，但係品質好好，如果下次有機會去布吉的話我都會選擇呢間酒店。

We stayed in the room23 spa and pool villa. It is wonderful and romantic. The most impressing would be the excellent services, the hotel arranged pick up from and to airport with early check in and late check out exactly matching our flight schedule!! There s private spa and steam room inside villa, we enjoyed it so much. The private BBQ by pool side was amazing too. Just the pool is too small....overall we enjoyed the trip, and thank you all the staffs giving us a relaxing trip with high privacy!

It is a great place for couples, employees are friendly and helpful, they just showed when it is needed, if you are looking for a place romantic to stay, without interruption, here it is.

This resort is really excellent. It is located in a remote area that there is no shopping mall or market nearby. The resort provide shuttle to the beach nearby which is 10mins away. The service and food quality of the resort is value for money. We enjoyed the 3D2N, we just joined a local tour for half day and other times stayed inside the hotel. This is a good place to get relaxed as the private pool is so cool! You can also choose to enjoy everything (e.g. SPA and dinning) inside your own villa.
