For a very nice resort we were fairly disappointed.
The check-in was handled poorly as our room was not ready but they said once it was they’d call. We never got a call so we had to go back down to the desk and inquire if our room was ready. It was and had been for a little bit. Then they placed us away from the rest of our group, which wasn’t a major issue but we did ask to be close and they assured us we would be.
The adult pool was closed even though it was spring break and the family pool was over-run with unsupervised kids. If the adult pool had been advertised as closed we might have thought of another resort in Osoyoos.
The meal we had at the restaurant was ok, nothing spectacular for a “5” star resort but the service was great.
Finally, the condition of the rooms and hallways was dated and in need of a serious overhaul.
Overall we would likely book somewhere else in Osoyoos had we known all of the above.
