No air-con, a bit noisy from outside bar

no hair dryer, room is quite small, for couple is ok but not good for family.

Kamerdeur knelde enorm, ging op gegeven moment niet meer open. Doucheput was vreselijk goor. Licht werkte maar op 1 punt

Rigtig god beliggenhed, super centralt. Majoriteten af personalet super arrogant og uden ønske om at forstå problemer (dør som ikke låste når man lukkede den, kort som blev ved med at deaktivere, “dobbeltværelse” med 1.20 cm seng etc). Tydelig tilkendegivelse af at man som gæst er til besvær, når man “forstyrrer”. Morgenmaden var meget positivt beskrevet. Vi oplevede ufatteligt lavt tempo, og stærkt begrænset udvalg. Der er ikke kælet for detaljerne, eller suppleret med noget særligt. Sød kvindelig receptionist, som hjalp med parkering da vi ankom. Derudover en ualmindelig tung omgang.

Séjour sympathique avec un personnel au top

Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and activities. Unfortunately, painting was being done throughout the hotel, all day, everyday. This made for a foul smell and difficulty moving through the hotel. Rooms were very small with an unpleasant view.

L’hôtel est en travaux, mais très joli, une ambiance rétro agréable y règne ! La literie est confortable et l’accueil très sympathique ! L’hôtel étant dans la zone piétonne, très bien placé

Kein Highlight

The stars of this hotel are definitely the staff members, including Florian who was constantly on the go trying to find ice at nearby restaurants, an iron for us and who also repaired our faulty safe. The painters working in the corridors were simply too loud which took away from the peaceful surroundings paying guests expect. It’s a great location, handy pretty much everything one could want. Merci encore au merveilleux personnel

Received note from hotel that due to a technical issue (not explained) that we had been booked in another hotel with comparable room. Arrived to a sparsely furnished room, only two towels for two people, towels were threadbare with hanging threads from the sides. There were two small paper cups for drinking by the bathroom sink. There was no coffee maker in the room. Air conditioning was inadequate. I was extremely disappointed. Felt as if this was a profit making venture by the Best Western Reims City Center, sell a room at a higher price and rebook guests into hotels of lesser quality and pocket the difference. If what we were accommodated in was a "comparable" room, then the Best Western Reims City Center is not worth the money we were charged. Would not recommend.

Very average hotel. A great location for exploring reims. However the hotel rooms and breakfast really let the hotel down. We stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping or change of towels. The guy on reception was rude and unhelpful. The guy at breakfast spoke limited English and there was limited options especially for anyone with food intollerances such as myself. The air conditioning in the room was so loud and woke us up during the night. When it kicked in it sounded like a jumbo jet taking off. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was noisy. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
