Heerlijk comfortabel en ontspannen hotel, supervriendelijk personeel van receptie bij aankomst, restaurant, bar en schoonmaak (Pamela!).

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great, struggled to lower the temperature from 28c to 25c despite being on all night. I was moved from a lower room overlooking the carpark to one higher up. Sea view is extra.

Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

Nice hotel but we were only there 12 hours.

H10 was a lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff and very relaxed ambiance. Our initial issue with our room was very quickly and efficiently dealt with, no fuss or drama, just moved to another upgraded room without question, very reassuring. Los Christianos is a lovely quiet haven, filled to the brim with quality bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. A nice peaceful relaxing break was just what was needed and H10 hotel did not disappoint.

I love staying at H10 Big Sur, the hotel is clean and inviting. All the staff are friendly, helpful, caring.

Desk service was very poor. They do not answer messages. They lost/stoled some electronic devices I left in my room. Avoid that hotel.

Poor desk service. They do not answer the communications. I left some plugs in the room on February 9th and wrote them a few hours after I left to ask them to keep the plugs for me to pick it up during my next stay on the 13th. They did not answer the mail and neither kept the plugs (150$). Very bad service

Great hotel in a great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Good food.

Nya flaskor vatten varje dag och fritt kaffe på rummet. Frukosten utmärkt med omeletter mm. Man kunde få en tekanna om man bad om det. Trevliga hälsoaktiviteter i pool och på land varje dag. Underhållning med musik på kvällen i baren. De fixade inte att det rann från toaletten hela tiden. Man skulle ju spara på vatten.
