No transportation option, no iron available, staff is rude. Rooms are very small. Do not book rooms for more then 2 folks they will give you bunk beds and rooms becomes very tiny.

Selve hotellet er dejligt og fantastisk indrettet, indtjekningen er meget proffesionel og hurtig. Personalet meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Værelset var tilgengæld ikke så godt, airconditionen kunne ikke køle rummet ned, gulvet var løst, værelset var i almindelighed lidt slidt. Restaurenten var rigtig god og tjenerene søde og flinke,

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. Good breakfast and a comfy bed. Good size bathroom with a good shower. Easy walk to funicular and town and train station.

Dejligt at vende tilbage til et skønt og serviceminded hotel. Denne gang var der dog et par grupper, som ikke tog hensyn til det sociale rum, støjede og indtog pool, sprøjtede og sprang i vandet uden hensyn. Ærgerligt.

Hôtel agréable, nous avions une grande chambre avec balcon. La piscine n'est pas grande, c'est dommage. Le restaurant du soir propose un buffet pour 30 euros/personne (pas testé). Le parking gratuit est situé à proximité de l'autre côté de la rue.

We stayed in a basic room for 4 nights. The rooms itself was probably the smallest we've ever stayed in and was very simple (no kettle, bedside table etc). However, it was in a really nice location, within walking distance (15 mins) from the hubbub, but in a quiet location and was really clean. We usually use earplugs when away but we didn't need to here! Amazing! Check-in/out was super speedy and the pool was a delight after a long day of sightseeing. There was always a parking spot for us and we reached Florence/Pisa in around 40 mins. It's a great base for exploring.

Personal und Frühstück war gut doch das Hotel an sich ist sehr mittelklassiges Hotel und kein 4* Hotel

Wir kamen gegen Mittag in dem Hotel an und die Kids konnten es kaum erwarten in den pool zu springen. Die Kinder waren schneller aus dem Pool als gewünscht da der Pool so drecking war und voller Haare. Also wir glauben nicht. Das die Schmutzigkeit vormittags passierte. Der Whirlpool is bei einem aufpreis für 20€ zu nutzen. Finde ich auch nicht angemessen da es ja nicht wirklich abgegrenzt ist bzw. gleich nebenan. Zimmer und Frühstück war ok. Die Stadtmitte selbst hat nicht viel zu bieten. Zu Fuß ca. 15-20 Minuten.

Tutto nella norma, ristorante non eccezionale.
