位置方便，行3分鐘有超市，附近有好多餐廳，都近景點，可步行到皇宫。 住G/F，樓底超高，房間都幾闊落。Wi-Fi 收得麻麻地。

침대 3개가 있는 방을 찾기가 좀 힘들었는데, 프티 팰리스 산타 크루스 호텔은 이런 저의 니즈를 충족시켜 주었습니다. 프론트 직원분들은 모두 친절하고 요청과 질문에 대해 아주 적극적으로 대응해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 공항으로 이동할 때 볼트나 우버 보다 더 좋은 가격으로 이동할 수 있었습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 건 호텔 외관에 프티 팰리스라는 간판이 없어 첫날 조금 헤메고 다녔습니다. 하지만 객실과 위치, 조식, 그리고 친절한 직원들에게 매우 높은 점수를 주고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

Excelente atención del personal, habitaciones muy limpias y amplias para el tipo de ciudad, y bien equipadas con todo lo necesario, tanto en el cuarto como en el baño.

The room had a nice terrace over the courtyard and had tons of storage and amenities. It was a little loud, but the location was great!
