The property is under a 10 minute walk from the Lolli train station. There are a few restaurants and a 24/7 grocery store close by which is nice. About a 20 minute walk to the monuments you’d like to see. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Very nice rooms.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room itself was okay, but nothing special, and the breakfast was also quite underwhelming. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the staff. They were unfriendly, and at one point, a staff member even threatened to call the police on me simply because I wanted to have a guest over. To make matters worse, this person mocked me by saying that this was not a hotel “for having boom boom,” which was both humiliating and completely unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such treatment at any hotel before, and both I and my guest were left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect I can mention is the location – the hotel is in a quiet area with a convenient setting. Unfortunately, apart from that, I cannot find much good to say.

Excellent! Meilleur que je m’attendais. Récemment rénové avec goût. On m’a bien accueilli et la madame a même pris le temps de bien m’expliquer la carte de Palerme et où aller. Je reviendrai.

The hotel was nice sermed updated rooms nice calm color and bathroom. But there was a stench in our room coming from the bathroom. Instead of shifting us the staff asked to open my door and windows to air it out. Mind you my room was right next to the elevator. So I was on parade for a bit. Smell was still there but we weren't moved. Then after we checked in to our two rooms my husband and I and our two teenagers. My husband was stopped later on and grilled about our children's ages trying to charge us extra because they claim that children are considered 4 and under wven though they have a contract with Expedia where kids are 17 and under. So even after I showed them Expedias policy we were still being treated rudely and like criminals. So I reached out to Expedia because they wanted us to pay more

Perfect hotel for 2 nights and big rooms

Lovely boutique type hotel, nice staff, good location.

A good location for exploring the large city of Palermo with its uniquely different quarters. The hotel is in a quiet district and 10-15 min walk to the central area around the cathedral and there are good dining options within 10 minutes walk. The staff were courteous and helpful and even allowed us to check into our rooms 2 hours early. Rooms were simple but clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds and pillows. There is a comfortable lounge to relax in if you are tired after a days exploration but the fitness room is small and only accommodates 2 people maximum. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the wonderful and hardworking staff.

Die Umgebung ist weniger schön, entsprechend der Blick aus den Fenstern. Aber die Lage ist praktisch. Einrichtung sieht weitgehend neu aus. Badezimmer sehr gut. Die Betten top, die Miarbeitenden freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Professionally presented, breakfast is nice

Nice hotel in a convenient location with a very good buffet breakfast included.

Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. It’s a pretty small hotel so there was not a lot of noise, very quiet.

The hotel staff met all our needs. The walk to the street market was a treat. Be wary of the horse rides agree to a price before hand and have the precise money ready before the trip starts.

Ci hanno dirottato all hotel Plaza Opera . Eccezionale.

Great breakfast. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops.
