This property lacks maintenance. It smells of smoke in the corridors. The area around the hotel is industrial and not nice.

This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus.

Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Modern, clean, comfortable hotel.

Great hotel and we were grateful for the rooms. The air conditioning was only so so...but breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

The hotel is very nice. It is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to the Ellera-Corciano Train station. It is approx. 20 min. taxi ride (25-30 euro) to the center of town. The hotel was clean with very friendly staff. Breakfast buffett was excellent.

Lovely spacious room, very good (European) breakfast, a nice mall/shopping center close by, easy access to highways for day trips, and a wonderful staff.

Hotel is very nice but too far from everything

Price, location, parking.

The standard rooms in this hotel are really out-dated, felt like a trip back to the eighties. There were tiny grey bugs in the bathroom, not sure what they were but it made us feel really uncomfortable. In the room, we could see the airconditioning and other systems through the ceiling, really weird. Breakfast was ok though, best part of the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay, the staff was really helpful, they had a big parking garage and a really equipped gym. The only bad thing was the breakfast which was really poor but I hope it was just because of this pandemic situation

Very clean and very professional staff

Decent enough if you need a late night check in due to the 24 hour desk. Kind of a shady area with shady people walking about late at night -- I was worried about my rental car. Room was decent, but definitely more of a motel vibe then 4 star. More run down then the pictures show. I slept well enough, but my girlfriend was up the entire night because of the very loud AC unit -- either super cold or off. Also, we both woke up with a few new mosquito bites -- so I guess the windows aren't so good.
