Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again.

Asiakaspalvelu on kehnoa. Huone oli epäsiisti ja lakanoissa paljon tahroja. Lattioilla oli hiuksia ja ruokapöytäkin pyyhkimättä saapuessamme huoneeseen ensimmäistä kertaa. Laitoin tästä palautteen jo saapuessamme hotellille, mutta asiaa ei koskaan käsitelty kanssamme.

Great location, early check in and nice rooms, rooms maybe a little dated in certain areas but I would be happy to stay here again

Just what we needed , very well equipped for self catering,and although we don’t need ramps for wheelchairs this is an excellent hotel catering for this, all staff very helpful

Love the peace and tranquility of The Nautilus. The accommodation is comfy, clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is perfect, near the beach & bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Cannot wait to return.

Turned up very late at night after our flight had been cancelled and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us (2 adults and 2 kids) plus 2 other families. Beautiful reception and gallery, fantastic breakfast and wish we'd had longer to enjoy the very spacious accommodation and lovely pool. Great location. Would love to go back.

The apartment was spacious with our own patio. The grounds were interesting and well maintained. We could walk to Matagorda and Pocillios beaches. The staff were very helpful.

This is a lovely complex, which I would without doubt be happy to return to if the pool was slightly warmer. The pool was the only disappointment but we booked specifixally to have a pool we could use in April, and this was not the case.

Great one night stay near the airport before flying home. Pool area is great and apartment was nice and spacious. Given location, planes are a little noisy flying over in the day.

Fourth time we have stayed at this establishment. Apartment was in a lovely position enjoying the sun all day. Very clean and well equipped. Convenient for local restaurants and sea front.
