The staff was nice but last two visits the tv was just low quality, broken remotes, no options, last two visits. Internet was a pain to sign into. My room 222 had an insane light right outside the window, blackout curtains did not work. They ignored me on the issue. It was not a horrible stay but room 222 sucks

TV and internet connection issues. The front desk had to spend 10 minutes in the room to resolve the issue. Seems it's a constant issue for guests from my conversation.

Terrible front desk staff. I booked a King Suite with a bathtub as my wife enjoys a warm tub every morning. I added a request for main floor because my wife was going to check in without me and I didnt want her to drag a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. Some genius gave us an accessible suite instead with no tub. Upon seeing the room my wife went back to the front desk and said the room did not have a tub. They said its what you booked so thats it. I didnt get to the hotel until after 9 pm so couldnt do much about it. We stay there everytime we visit Sarnia to see family. Theres a last time for everything including this place. Thanks for nothing Super 8.

I didn’t have the proper credit card for the $200 deposit they wanted and would not help to find any alternative way to pay it. So I did not get the room and did not get reimbursed for the payment I made for the room when I booked it.

Updated room on floor level. Nice big tv Roku ready. Will definitely go back. Mcds right across the street. Great price

Our stay with this motel was amazing. The staff were kind and friendly. The room was clean, specious and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in. The complimentary breakfast was great. The price of this motel was very affordable, I would recommend this motel to all my family and friends to stay in.

Staff was helpful and courteous. The dissatisfaction was when I realized I'd left a nice fabric lunch bag in the fridge and was arranging to have it picked up by friends who live in Sarnia, only to discover that housekeeping threw it in the garbage!!! Why would they not have called or contacted us?? It was not a cheapy paperbag! Anyhow. What's done is done. Everything else was satisfactory.
