Hotel is nice and clean rooms were outstanding the only recommendation I would make is they should provide complimentary water in the rooms. The staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel is run down and dirty. The smell of marijuana is constantly in the air. The staff is hiding not making any effort. The cleaning staff smelled so bad I didn’t want her in my room. The breakfast was barely a breakfast and the attendant was hiding in the back room. There was not a clean table to use and the buffet was a mess. The desk clerk at check out didn’t even make eye contact with me or stand up from her chair to check me out The hotel needs a complete make over physically and staffing

The room was perfect. Separated king room from a living room. Gave us space to visit and privacy at bedtime

Hotel is a little tired. Food crumbs from a previous guest were on the floor for the 3 days we stayed there. Could be cleaner. Breakfast had a lot of sugary items but not many healthy choices. Coffee was only warm and had to be heated in the microwave.

Wonderful Staff

Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Reasonably priced. Easy drive to grocery, restaurants, etc. with free parking. We stay here whenever we are visiting family in Toledo area!

Close to the areas I was visiting, though difficult to access from local highways. Staff were all a pleasure to interact with.

False fire alarm went off and no one could get a hold of anyone to shut off. It was on for over 2 hours and after 11 pm before shut off

They are only 2 miles from my job. I live about 25 miles from work. In the last few years, when bad winter weather is coming, I've stayed here so I don't have to be on the road as much. Great hotel. Staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean and they have the best pillows which is a huge plus for me!

Thanks to the morning breakfast crew! Hard working and cheerful! Wow!

A great, relaxing, and quiet stay! My husband and I get a room for a weekend every couple of months just as a getaway from the kids and work. This was my favorite hotel so far.

The check-in and check-out were excellant.
