We stay for 6 nights but the rubbish bin only emptied once & the carpet was not vacuumed everyday. Had to wait 45 minutes for check in because the female staff was on break. Then she talked on the phone all the time while serving me. She insisted that I didn't ask for double bed in my booking, until she realized looking at someone else 's booking. Without saying sorry at all. The male staffs were polite & helpful. Right next door there was an alley to some asian restaurant & very close to tram station, sky bus & shops.
