Good location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Jeg har bodd på dette hotellet tidligere og hadde gode minner derfra, men dessverre levde det ikke opp til forventningene denne gangen. Hotellet var en gang flott, men nå er det tydelig at det trenger en grundig renovering. Rommene begynner å bli slitte, møbler og bad er utdaterte, og generelt føltes det som om stedet har stått stille i mange år. Servicen var fortsatt grei, og beliggenheten er det ingenting å si på, men det veier dessverre ikke opp for det generelle inntrykket. Jeg kommer ikke til å bo her igjen før hotellet har blitt pusset opp og løftet til den standarden det en gang hadde. Håper virkelig ledelsen tar tak snart – potensialet er der.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of renovations were happening around the pool area.

Fint opphold, men hotellet var under kraftig oppussing, slik at ingen restauranter eller svømmebasseng var åpne. Dette kunne vært opplyst om. Ok plassering i forhold til Strand og butikker/spiseplasser i nærheten.

Très bel emplacement. Sécuritaire. Transport vers la vieille ville très fréquent à 5 minutes de marche et pas cher. Personnel très accueillant.

Très bel établissement entièrement rénové. Excellent accueil et service. J'aurais aimé que le petit déjeuner soit inclus . Idéal pour les amateurs de plage et de marche.

Great stay at Azure!! Super pleasant staff that were very polite and helpful. Location is right in front of the ocean with beautiful views. Easy to get around and walk to Ain Diab beach for a swim. 8 min drive from Morocco Mall. Room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely come back.

I booked a room with a view, the receptionist was unprofessional, I asked them to confirm the room with the beach view, I was told yes, “whatever you booked, you get”. I got to the room and I had a view of all the nasty buildings in front of me. Again, the service sucked. The tiny elevator got stuck, and one of the customers said, it happens everyday… I took my bags right away and left this nasty hotel.

The staff was very friendly and professional ,my room was very nice and cozy ,it had beach view and it was near to a lot of restaurants , I highly recommend this hotel .

As Americans traveling, Hotel Azur checked the most important boxes for us: felt very safe, very clean, hot water showers, heat/AC in each room, close to attractions/beach/restaurants, bed/linens comfortable. Rooms as advertised. Good for the price. Pool was pretty but didn't use much.

We were not satisfied with our stay at this property. The hotel staff were not very accommodating or friendly. Their website does not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. Also, despite the website saying that it included breakfast, it did not. Our first morning there we were woken by police pounding on multiple people’s doors and apparently taking someone away. This definitely didn’t make us feel safe. One thing I will say is that the cleaning staff did clean our room very thoroughly. That was the one highlight of this otherwise huge disappointment.
