Good location with average rooms. Given the price of it, I would expect better rooms as the place seemed a bit old.

出门就是公交换乘站和电车站，交通方便。到海边沙滩和码头的距离是几百米。室内厨房用具很好用，做饭方便。房间很宽敞，很干净，已经推荐朋友入住。

I got a two bedroom apartment, very spacious, the Oaks has another property called Plaza across the road, I went there first and then was told I booked in the Towers, and the Towers’ reception is in the back of the building, bit unusual. Easily reached by J1 bus to Glenelg, walking distance to tram stop.

The hotel make me have a home feeling. Everything very convenience people very friendly. Be introduced families and friends to stay oaks hotel. I definitely stay there my next visit.

Great location and very close to Glenelg beach.

Unit is spacious and lovely, fully equipped with kitchen equipment and washing machine.

The room we had was outstanding very large balcony the rooms were very clean and everything was to top standard could not beat the price to what we were given would definitely return

Location is great, sauna, pool, spa was a plus and we did love this feature and use it daily. Our room was needing some tlc unfortunately and did not impress. Brocken blinds, outdoor funiture very worn, couches were old and need to be refurbed or replaced and the carpet was so stained and looked terribly dirty and old. We loved there was a washing machine but then no clothes rack to dry clothes. Having to hang all over the dinning furniture to dry them was a challenge when needing to eat a meal. We loved the size of the bathroom but 4 guests need 4 hooks or towel racks, there were not enough room for them to dry. Some good things and some not so good. Wouldn't stay here again or at least not in that room.

Hard to find. Parking should be in the price, not charging extra.

Spacious rooms, a floor being renovated but little noise heard, ideal for the beach a 3 min walk, a 6min walk to the Light rail & cheaper bars, LT takes you straight into the city & worth a visit

Room looked like it has had a recent minor upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Nice quiet room at the front of the building, comfortable bed and very clean.

Premises were clean, we were also upgraded no extra charge with more room and comfort . Pleasantly surprised with all Thanks
