酒店近la Defense 地鐵終站，的士站。新凱旋門在旁。樓下購物中心商場，什麼都方便，食住行都齊全。酒店員工招乎一流。早餐都算上乘。推薦。

finding the parking is a bit of mess due to the large construction in the area. Other then that is very good.

Good value for money. First, very impressed with the concierge service. Staff had been very helpful, downloading inforamtion from websites and advising on transport options. Tourists really need this level of service as we do not speak French, and this makes the service of Hilton La Defense stand out. On location, it is actually convenient to travel on RER A or M1, taking one to the key tourist attractions. I had stayed here a couple of times, and will continue to choose it.

Its good that we got free upgrade for two nights. The hotel is in a very good location.

The front desk is very kind and helpful. During our trip, we got pick-pocketed and the staff were kind and promptly handled the situation very well, especially the concierge, Jean Charles Radama. He is professional and speaks fluent English and French. He not only helped us translate, but also accompanied us to the police station...helping us with all the paperwork and communicating with the French police officers. He stayed with us for 3 hours. I am grateful for the the front desk staff, and especially to the concierge, Jean Charles Radama. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and I will definitely stay here one more time if I come to Paris again!

一切都挺好，只是太难找到了。我们足足找了一个半小时，并且不易停车。

Bed was comfortable. Room was ok but it’s all a little tired and ‘beige’

Excellent location if you are going to the event at the arena. Right above the Westfield with direct access to train station. The members assisted our check in and check out were helpful and friendly! Room was tidy however if a deep clean on carpet and bathtub can be done will be super great. The room size was good as well when compare with other hotels in Paris. Overall it was a nice experience and we will stay there again in the future.

Chambre très bien sauf un lit sur les deux qui grince en s'asseyant, des toiles d'araignée, un sèche-cheveux complément fondu et cassé. Odeur dégoût dans les couloirs.

Chambre double deluxe, malheureuse je n’ai pas vu la différence avec un chambre deluxe. Sinon très bon accueil et propre.

Excelentes habitaciones excelente servicio excelente bufete en el desayuno y sobre todo que está también ubicado que ahí llegan las terminales del metro y del tren así es que no tiene uno que salir a caminar por las calles

A comfortable hotel. Shopping mall underneath. Train also.

Great room service and the continental breakfast was great. Would highly recommend as it is in a prime location. Overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Hilton Paris La Defense.

Suite réservée pour 4 personnes. La chambre est conforme mais le canapé-lit n’est pas installé, nous demandons à l’accueil de le préparer mais on nous répond que nous aurions du demander en journée (alors que nous n’avons récupéré la chambre qu’à 20h…). Un service pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles…

The room was spotless, great amount of room and perfect location. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was delicious!
