This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃

Cómodo, agradable, tranquilo. El personal muy agradable y atento. Para descansar si se desea y con muchas opciones de ocio.

El personal es lamentable... tenian la reserva echa y pagada y me dice que me siente en la recepcion una hora a esperar que les llegue la reserva a su sistema y me dice que el otro dia una clienta se estuvo esperando una hora. Yo le enseñe la confirmacion y el pago realizado y ni asi... Despues vino una chica cubana mas educada pero el chico que me atendio dejaba mucho que desear La habitación llena de polvo algo exagerado... Paredes sucias de pies El hotel tiene partes rotas y descuidadas La ubicacion es normal esta a 10/15 min andando de la playa 2 mosquitos en la habitacion Creo que es muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Staff friendly,if you had a problem it was sorted straight away, plenty of pools, reasonably priced

Un peu bruyant. Chasse d’eau qui fuit. Un des deux lits jumeaux était bancal. Ces petits désagréments mis à part, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Hôtel plutôt sympa en famille mais la propreté laisse à désirer.

No repetiremos. Estuvimos muy incómodos por la limpieza, en especial por los bichos (hormigas). Muy deficitaria la limpieza de la habitación (ni un solo día barrieron ni limpiaron espacios de cocinar que no platos) desagradable también en externo con multitud de suciedad en jardines (gatos…) pero sobre todo el club de niños con más hormigas y descuidado. Es una pena porque el entorno y el modelo para familias es muy acertado.

Is the best

Tiene muchas piscinas y actividades para los niños. El orden y limpieza deja mucho que desear en algunos casos. Hay cosas que no se recogían y se quedaban duranten mas de 1 día en el mismo lugar. La habitación tenia humedades en la pared

We have stayed here twice now and found it ok both times first was all inclusive the food is good feels a bit canteen like in the restaurants the pools are good both smaller ones and the big pool. Entertainment was good by the pool with the big mat got lots of engagement maybe they should do that daily

Nice area, friendly staff, many swimming pools. Rooms need to be updated.

The heated pools were bonus, the food was reasonably varied & loads of selection. If your a picky eater or prefer british food advoid, there is choice but probably not enough.

Los jardines muy bonitos

Booked for a few days and was definitely value for money had a spacious apartment for 3 adults ideal. We were on ground floor so had a terrace with table and chairs which was ideal sitting in the sun having breakfast lunch and a refreshing drink. Lovely pool friendly neighbours just a bit out from centre 30min walk but couple euros in taxi

Hôtel très agréable, on n'a pas le sentiment d'un hôtel immense car c'est très bien agencé. Il y a une piscine par quartier, ce qui donne le sentiment d'être dans un petit complexe. L'hôtel est très propre avec le ménage et le changement de serviettes faits tous les jours. Les repas sont très variés et très bons. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est aux petits soins que ce soit dans les restaurants ou à l'accueil ou les animateurs ou les hommes et femmes d'entretien. Un accueil bienveillant et des personnes heureuses de rendre service. Un plaisir d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons et qui donne envie de revenir.

Ganske mye småmaur inne. Mest på bad og kjøkken. AC fungerte. Sovesofen ikke særlig god å ligge på. Høydeforskjell da ene sengen er en skuff til å dra ut under sofaen. Senga var god. Safen gikk det ikke å åpne. Jevnt over ganske slitt standard. Kjøleskapet fungerte. Vannkoker fungerte. Dusj og badekar fungerte bra med godt varmt vann og godt vanntrykk. Fint uteområde, men synd med pågående renovasjon av hovedbassenget. Mange fine små basseng og et stort med svømmebaner for voksne, men ønsket mulighet med basseng som også kunne vært 80-100cm dypt, ikke bare 130/150. Fint og rent uteområde ellers omkring leiligheter og stad med snille katter som lot seg kose med av barna.
